Description of Work: Dusted glass shelving units and approximately 150 collectibles and figurines. Kevin was 15 minutes early and worked diligently worked until his task was complete. Dusting the collectibles and figurines is tedious and requires care to avoid damage/breaking. Kevin was careful and welcomed my critique of his service. I am very satisfied and will contract with Maids and Maintenance in the future.

Description of Work: First, I want to say that there was a misunderstanding about whether or not he was hired to do the work. I had to call the provider because he had not arrived at the agreed upon time. I called and he told me that someone from Angie's List had called him and said the job had been cancelled. I asked if he would come and i would call Angie's List to get clarification of the situation. Long story short, he was at my home within 15 minutes. He came in with all his equipment and began tackling the job of cleaning my stove that had not been thoroughly clean in awhile. He clean as much of the grease and build-up as he could. As a result of his cleaning, I have promised myself never to allow my stove to get that way again. The provider cleaned up after the job and was very accommodating and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted someone who they can trust and get the job done. I believe that for what i needed done he would have had to use chemicals that he didn't have. So, I thank the provider for all he was able to do! THANKS!!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Miles Maid & Maintenance.

Description of Work: Full cleaning of downstairs including kitchen, living, dining room, floors cleaned and polished etc. They performed the work on the scheduled date and time. I was very happy with Miles Cleaning. I plan to have Miles come back again.

Description of Work: After purchasing the big deal, I spoke with Miles several times on the phone. He was having family problems. At first he said he could not clean the house due to the location, but then he contacted me back via email saying he possibly could. I needed a cleaning for a move out, which there was nothing left in the home, but bare walls, carpet appliances etc. After a couple of phone calls I finally received a reply that he could not do the cleaning. I am sure this man is decent, but each time I spoke to him on the phone it sounded like I woke him up or he was under the influence? I would like a refund of the big deal please.

Description of Work: The provider emailed me twice, called me three times, once quite late in the evening, and rang my doorbell. I had told him I wanted to wait to schedule. He either continually forget, failed to keep a record or was generally impatient. It unnerved me.

Description of Work: When I made a phone call to inquire about the services that would be provided and the individual who answered was not very professional, in fact I couldn't really understand what he was saying. He could not tell me prices nor services that would be provided. I decided not to use that service.

Description of Work: service provider was called and an appointment was scheduled. Provider followed up with 2 postcards via US mail to my home address and a billing address. Provider also confirmed the appointment the day prior. The night before scheduled appt. the provider called and emailed me stating that he could not keep the appt because I did not live within his service area. He was very apologetic and self deprecating. When you consider that I live 2 miles from his home base I suspect the provider had other reasons for cancelling. Either way I have lost confidence in this provider and would not recommend him.
