"They took the job even though they don't know how to do flat roofs, and never at any point started that they don't know how to do flat roofs until after I called to complain about water leaking in my closet. The contract states tear off old roof and install new shingles. He did not honor the contract. He didn't reroof the entire roof, and only reshingled the flat roof. The contract and request was for a new roof over the entire house. Of the Leake he asked why it just now started leaking, and suggested maybe a branch fell on it. It did not seem he ever intended to honor the warranty. His first response was "I didn't do the back" when I called about the leak and told him the location. I requested a partial refund, and he started that he would wait till he's served -- boasting that a lawsuit will take a year."

"I have a two-story commercial building located in a downtown business district. We had a bad storm come through and the wind ripped part of the building down on two different sides. The damage was at the very top of the building which was about thirty feet above the sidewalk. Looking up at the building, you could see the exposed bricks, some of which were obviously loose. It wasn’t long before the city building inspector paid a visit and told me that the building was a safety hazard and had to be fixed immediately. I called Elite Seamless Gutters and talked to John. He came out the very next day to look at the building and even met with the building inspector. They got to work and had the job done in less than two days. The building inspector contacted me afterwards and said that the building was up to code and we were good to go. The whole process was simple and stress free. In 1986 John Gallagher had one goal – to provide top quality exterior remodeling products and workmanship at a reasonable price along with incredible service before and after the job. Exterior Designers Inc started with and maintains that philosophy and mission.
"I requested quotes and met with a number of companies. By far, I enjoyed meeting with John. He was informative and thorough at our meeting. Given the information provided, and our own research, I also felt as though our values matched up nicely. So much so, that we planned on using EDI services, given the quote was reasonable. However, we were never given our quote. We were strung along by a series of emails, and then received no more responses. I have tried many times to reach out for the quote, and after that, to inquire as to what happened. Again, no response at all. Now, after waiting so long, we have to start the entire process over again, and as it is October, we essentially have no hope of getting a new roof this season. I really hope our current last through the winter. This is entire unprofessional behavior, and I grow so weary of companies that make promises and do not fulfil them.
