We called for an estimate and set up a date and time. They came within a week. The day of the estimate, the project manager called and said he would be late. We waited for him. He listened to what we wanted and had material to show us. He semed knowlegable and experienced. The price was comperable to other estimates. We chose a date a few weeks later for the work to be done. Due to rain the date was postponed by one day. The workers were on time and worked steadily.We had been told that the job would be done in one day, but they completed the roof and left with out a word about the gutters. The following afternoon the gutter team arrived and completed the job. The clean up was good. However, the gutters leaked in 3 different places and the soffit and facia in one area was damaged. We called the project manager the next week and reported the problem. No apology was given. He did send a worker the next morning to fix the issues. The project manager called to see if the problems had been resolved and to arrange to pick up the check that same day. We waited for him and again he called and said he was running late. We left the check for him. Overall it went well.

They came out earlier than everybody to give an estimate. They also gave a $1000 discount. In the estimate the replacement of the fan in the ad deck was not included then they insisted me to that. Then they also did some gutter work for free. They also came out couple of times because I had concerns about various things. They were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. In fact I had some other things and he came out for that as well. I trust them. I felt that they did some other work that wasn’t in the agreement just for customer service. They are definitely concerned with customer satisfaction and word of mouth advertising. They seemed pretty honest and straight forward in dealing with them. They were prompt and worked according to my schedule. I was able to choose the brand of shingle that I wanted and they deal with lot of things. I looked them at Angie’s List and they had good ratings. They answered all the questions that I had.

I thought it went well, until it rained. Then realize I had a leak in valley, they came out a week later to repair. Next rain it leaked again. It took a month for them to come out again. They have been coming a couple times a year since leaving the bracing on my roof. I finally hired another company to fix the leak, and they fixed it the first time.

I called Mueller Roofing on 7/14 to inquire about having an estimate done for roof that has possible hail damage from 6/4 storm. The number that is listed for them is actually an answering service, and simply takes your name & number & says "they will call you back". Shortly after I called leaving my information, a man by the name of "Phil" did call back same day, within hours, and scheduled an appt to come to our home on 7/15 at 1:30pm. Phil never showed up, and we received no phone call. Read many bad reviews about non-responsivenes and no-shows and decided to give them a call anyway, because I have 2 neighbors that did receive estimates in a timely manner, and suggested this company to me. Guess Mueller Roofing is not interested, nor are we!

Called the company to receive an estimate on my roof that had possibly hail damage. A gentleman by the name of Phil called me back the same day, made an appointment with me to come out tomorrow at noon to look at my roof and give me an estimate if there was definite damage. The next day came, noon came and went! I waited an hour and then called Phil on his cell phone, he did not answer so I left him a voicemail asking if he was still planning on coming or if he needed to reschedule. He NEVER had the courtesy to call me back and still has not called a week later! This type of customer relation shows the company is not reputable.

In April of this year we suffered hail damage to our roof and an adjuster deemed it replaceable via our homeowner's insurance. This was all a new experience for me and I didn't know who to call. My neighbor 2 doors down had just had Mueller Roofing replace their roof 1 month prior and my next door neighbor had Mueller Roofing replace their's 1 year prior. I thought it might be a good idea to give them a call for my roof and I'm delighted I did! The day the adjuster was scheduled to come out Levi Brock, my salesman, met with me before he arrived and was very courteous and explained everything to me. After the adjuster left, Levi had a contract typed up and ready for me within 10 minutes! I was very impressed with his professionalism and promptness every step of the way. He was extremely accomodating and a pleasure to do business with. We signed the contract on a Friday and the roofing team was here before 7:30am Monday morning. Again, very impressive! The guys worked very hard and very efficiently and they were done with our entire roof by the end of the day. I think I was most impressed with the time they took to clean up our yard when they were done. They were very thorough and careful finding every last nail possible before they left. Overall our experience with Mueller Roofing has been wonderful! We're so glad that we went with them and we're more than happy to refer them to any of our friends and neighbors!

They are absolutely amazing. My husband is a thorough employee. We first contacted Mueller and spoke with Levi, we wanted to tell them to go ahead and schedule us for this. This was the time when our budget had not been approved yet. If our budget would have not approved then my husband would have been furlough, which means we would have not have any pay check coming in. Levy said don't worry about it, he would schedule our repair and when things are good for us send him the check. What goes around comes around to one, tenfold. In a time of financial hardship for us, no company would do that. It was a time, when plywood was showing on our roof and it was raining ridiculously. He sent one of the regular roofing guys to do the work. The guy who came out was adorable. We never had any complication with him. The roof is holding up good so far.

I had seen their signs in many yards. I also read a testimonial. They were the first company I called, and I was very pleased with them. They have a great crew. It's probably about half a dozen Polish men, and they work very hard. They did a great job. There were some areas where they had to add new plywood. They did a good job with clean-up. They did the job within about four hours, and it was a large job.

I would give them nothing but thumbs down. I called them 3 to 5 times and I did not get a single returned call. The first few times I actually talked to someone and they said they would call back and never did.

I got a better offer from another company, and decided to use another service.

The work went Great! First of all, Phil did NOT require a deposit up front. He took care of the permits that were required. We were not sure of the color and we asked him to place multiple samples on the roof so that we could see the color choices on the house at different times of the day. It took us a bit to pick the right color. Phil came out to discuss the color about a week before the work was scheduled. The day the work was started a crew of 8 workers arrived. I was impressed that they covered or moved items as needed to prevent damage. The removed the old shingles and cleaned up everything really, really good. The rook looks great and we picked the right color for our house. I am curious to see how the added insulation helps this winter. Regarding the insulation, they removed plywood to blow the insulation in from the roof. This was great as it kept the mess outside of the house. We also had an area of our roof over the garage that always looked bad. I asked Phil to see what they could do as they put the new roofing on. The workers pulled the plywood from the area and installed sleepers along each rafter to make the roof straight. This area look perfect! I did roofing myself a long time ago and checked on their progress a number of times. They did the job the right way and did not take any shortcuts. I would highly recommend this company. My only small complaint is that when trying to call Phil at the business number, it sometimes took a few days for him to return the call. In hind sight, I had his cell phone number. When I called that number, he usually answered or called back right away.

I had seen Mueller Roofing signs on other lawns; also had read an article in the paper from someone praising them and recommending them. They were my first and only choise. I am completely satisfied with all aspects from initial estimate to final cleanup. The men on this team are very hard workers. We have a large ranch which means a large roof area and they did this all in one day.

They said several times that they would send someone out, and they never did. I believe it was possibly because the job was small, but they could have told me that.

They were able to finish this job in two days, even working in the rain. I was impressed with the fact that they have over forty five years of experience and by the quality of their work. My new roof looks beautiful and I have recommended this company to my neighbors.

Fantastic, they did an excellent job.

Call back were good. They explained everything to me. I felt the price was a little high.

I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO REQUEST AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR HAIL DAMAGE TO MY ROOF, SIDING AND GUTTERS. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CREATE THE ESTIMATE (AND I DID NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT) AND CALL ME BACK. THEY NEVER CALLED.
