Description of Work: Was going out of town the next day, while they were very responsive, when I came back a week later, they had never bothered to relight the pilot light for the water heater and the heat had gone back out due to having to do an override on a setting. They promised to come back and replace the part but havent yet. Very disappointed and may not use them in the future. I had prior success with them. In addition the worker went upstairs when no one was home to use the bathroom even though had been given instructions not to.
