"I did not have a good experience with this contractor. I hired him to finish my basement with a full bath. The basement shower leaks from underneath after taking a shower. He tried fixing it a few times but has not been successful. He does not want to address the root cause of the issue and puts the blame on the customer and the builder.When the basement finish started there was no leaks in the plumbing and the basement was always dry until the bathroom was installed, Also, he is not respectful to the customer and is not willing to take responsibility for the issues related to his work."
