They were here bright and early and completed the job in a timely manner. Went through each zone with me and explained how everything works including set-up of the main box.

Roger was very professional and thorough. He was prompt with his proposal, and was more than competitively priced. His crew was friendly and efficient. You can hardly tell where they were in the yard. The ferti-flow is back-ordered, so we are still waiting for that to be installed. The system seems to be working great. We would recommend Waterworks to anyone.

Water works was very nice and professional they have good customer service and are very prompt when it comes to service calls also. The only thing was there price are on the high side and they are a little bit backed up with installations that may be a good thing last I think the installers could have explain how to work the system a little more in detail you almost need a PhD to work it but if explain right you could master the system I had to read the manual to learn overall I would use this company again and recommend them as well they use quality parts and a name brand system Hunter.

Very pleased with Water Works! High quality product, the system was installed within 4 hours, and so far it works great. We have a slight leak in the basement from the plumber who was involved with the installation but we hope to have that fixed right away. Very reasonably priced, and a great value!

The crew was on time and done earlier than expected. They installed my neighbors system the same day and both jobs were done by 2:00 in the afternoon. The crew did a pretty good job of cleaning up the area but I will have to re-lay sod next spring in a couple of small area's. The office and sales team are both very professional and curtious. Shane, my salesman even came to look at the job when they were installing! So far so good! Well see in the spring!

They did a good job. I had an issue were some of my bushes was not getting watered by the sprinkler system but they worked to get my issue resolved. I was very happy about that.

the installers were great neat and finish the job in a timly manner . my problem has been with the office staff. chris never returns calls as she says she will i still do not have the permit so calumet city can inspect the work i hope water works is fined. the saleman mike told me the amount fo ropening and closing would be 87.25 chris said it would be 270.00 that is a big difference . the system is great just unhappy with the office staff.

They did a great job installing our underground system. The plumber was excellent! He told me exactly what he was doing and explaining why he was doing it. The only problem I have is some of the grass has not turned back yet.
