Recently had Water Works Inc. install a lawn sprinkler system. The install was completed quickly and the system worked perfectly all summer. I was so impressed that this winter we installed their new ice melt system for our driveway as well! I haven’t shoveled once so far this winter! Both systems connect to our WiFi and so easy to use. Their pricing for both systems were very reasonable. Up to this point, their service has been excellent and I will definitely continue to use them for maintenance. Highly recommend!

They do know what they are doing as far as installation, digging, installing, clean ups, and everything related to the manual work them selves but it stops there. Lack of proper communication and being able to explain what you should or should not expect is basically dont exist. Also, If you consider them for your project, make sure you take a day off at work no matter what may seem more important to you, for them it does not matter. And lastly, make sure you ask things super nice way, otherwise they raise their voice at you, especially the ones who are in charge of on the field installation day.

Water Works provides excellent service! They are efficient and are great to work with. My family has been using them for years and we have never had an issue! Office staff is friendly and service techs are punctual and knowledgeable!

I had an issue with the underground sprinkler system not watering my front yard garden. A service provider came out almost immediately and determined that the sprinkler heads were embedded in the dirt and grass. They were identified and freed from the lawn and now the garden is receiving good water regularly. Thank you Water Works.

These guys came in and did exactly what they said they would. they were professional and worked in a very timely manner. We had one issue 9 months after the install and their team came out and fixed it no problem. I use them yearly to do my Sprinkled start up and Shut Down. Fantastic company

I would not recommend this company to anyone - They are shady. They came out and installed our sprinkler system about 2 season ago. While installing, they ended up cutting all 4 of my bubblers without even looking, which I had let it go. ð Now 2 season in, I currently have one area which the hose is becoming unearthed since it was not done properly, also I currently have 2 leaks in the line. I have contacted them in regards to this, since they strongly say, LIFETIME LIMTED WARRANTY. - This means that if we stayed with there services, which I did, they are not going to cover this and states it is ACT OF GOD and they want to charge me $750.00 to just get them out to our house and then additional $500.00 an hour. Please tell me if you think this is wrong or not - since we had this for only 2 seasons. The owners have spoken from this company as they say and there is nothing more they can do, unless I pay them such HIGH prices. So - be very weary dealing with these guys. Thank you again. B. Chris came out and went over some things about adjusting the heads and he was great. I hope he comes out to turn the system off for the and starts me up for next year. He really understands the system that was installed.
