I would recommend that you have irrigating system installed during the watering season so installation leaks can be detected. Mine was installed but not turned on because of season. The following Spring three different leaks were discovered. It took three different visits to fix the problems.(This included one visit where the technician was standing in ankle deep water, and reported to his boss that it was not his water.). Very frustrating. Once the leaks were repaired, the system worked well.

Customer service is good as long as the customer is engaged with the project onsite. As with most home- related projects, it's important for homeowner to be involved & present each step of the way.

Waterworks was very timely on the day of installation and completed the job in 4 hours. Once the job was completed the Forman walked me through the work completed and how the controller operated and set up a schedule. I was very appreciative of the time taken to help me feel comfortable once they left.

Just had the system installed in Oct. so I can't rate operation yet as it was also winterized at the same time. The Company was very professional in the process prior to install, and all the way to the completion. The install crew were well trained, and new exactly what their part install was. The Project Foreman (Leo) did an excellent job!

Had their 6-zone system installed over 2-years ago, system works great, watering times are easily programmable, start-up and shutdown services are without incident.

Through 2 Seasons now, very happy with the entire Water Works team. Spring start up/Fall shutdown - always accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to next season already. LG.
