I had Water Works install a new sprinkler system at my new house. the Salesman Steve came out to give me a quote. I was happy with the price and they way steve represented the company i signed up. They called me and gave me an install date right away. They also did all the paperwork which was great, i just moved and did not know any of the rules. They installed my system in one day and i upgraded to the WIFI controller so i can control my system form my phone or ipad (this is the best thing). I did have to call the office so they could walk me thro the app. The office staff was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen. very happy.

Happy with the system

Recently had a deck installed and had to re-route the sprinkler lines. They moved the lines and even replaced a head for me. Before he left he made completly sure I didn't need any other work done.

We have been a customer of Water Works for 10 years. During this time they have maintained our in-ground sprinkling system in an exceptional manner. When we have a problem or service is required Water Works comes out promptly. The technicians are very pleasant and professional and are able to detect a problem quickly. Water Works is extremely fair, knowledgable and a company we trust. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family!

Water Works installed both our sprinkler system and outdoor lighting. We have been pleased with both. Recently had some problems with lights that were out of warranty. Water Works replaced both lights at no cost to us.

These folks are very cooperative, polite and professional. After a few hiccups, we feel we will be happy with our sprinkler system for years to come.

Their customer service is questionable. Our system was installed last year at the very end of the season. They failed inspection... needed to move heads in the parkway at the beginning of this season since it was too late to do it at install. Nothing but trouble trying to get it moved and done correctly. Nicole in Customer Service is great! But the office manager and several others in the office are short and unsympathetic. Roger, the owner, has ignored several messages asking him to call me to help solve these issues. I wish I could post pictures of the poor installation on this website

I would like to take a few minutes to say how completely satisfied with Water Works I have been since they installed my sprinkler system last year. Everyone in that office is polite, understanding and so willing to help me (the customer) with any problem I might have. My system was installed at a great price and has worked like a charm. When I call with questions, they take the time to explain or send out a tech. I would like to single out one employee, Nicole, who goes above and beyond the call of duty. All customer service people should have her dedication. Thank you Water Works.

I had a great experience overall. It did not start off well but every employee who has been to my house has been polite and very helpful. I could not be happier with my choice and look forward to working with them again in the future. I am very detailed and not the easiest person to work with so I appreciate every employee and the quality work they have provided. I have recommended them to numerous clients I work with.

This company had a great sales pitch but a horrible follow through. The key word to the work done was collateral damage. I realize that a lot of trenching will be made to install a sprinkler system but what this company did was horrible. They left at least a dozen "ankle breaker" holes, they damaged a brick paver sidewalk, they left holes unfilled that were a couple feet across. They cut through drank tiles and tried to cover it up. The worst part is management just got defensive and refused to really make it right. Their solution is some dirt and a bit of seed. Find someone else!
