Very knowledgeable and attentive service crew. Opening the sprinkler system for the 3rd year~~ this company's sprinkler system is the best!! Works great... haven't had ANY problems with the system. It is easy to use, waters the lawn & flowerbeds, applies weed control & bug control!! Very happy with this system and the service from Waterworks Inc!

The install was great! I loved working with Nicole and Roger. They did a first rate job on installation, and the gentleman that shut down our system in the fall was awesome. Updated: I initially listed some concerns regarding the $200 fee that they required me to pay at the time of installation to ensure that I had the permit inspection completed. I am adjusting my review because I feel they tried to work to resolve my concern after posting of my initial review.

I was able to get prompt and courteous information and service about lawn sprinkler systems from Water Works. Oral and written explanations were easy to understand. Polly, office staff, was most kind and helpful when dealing with obtaining the necessary permit. The work was scheduled as soon as possible and proceeded as described. The crew was considerate of my property and maintained a consistent pace as they completed the project. I am looking forward to not having to haul hoses everywhere.

System was installed very fast, I was able to get installed as soon as the permit was approved. Crew moved fast, but worked very professionally. They were there for about 4 hours and everything was installed. Living lawns quoted me and told me it would be a 2 day process!! Water Works, does amazing work at the right price.
