We have been satisfied with Water Works customers for over 10 years now. They installed the lawn irrigation system and did a professional job. We have not had any problems. Each year we sign a service contract which includes a start-up service in Spring and a shutdown service in Fall. They are easy to get hold off. Their service technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. They do a great job each year. One less thing to worry about.

I finally pulled the trigger and had a professional sprinkler system installed at my home. I'm a horticulturist and have spent countless hours planting prize winning roses and many other perennial flowers and shrubs. Each of these landscape beds needs special watering cycles, not to mention an acre of Kentucky Blue grass. When I reached out to Water Works about my watering concerns, they put an irrigation plan together that would water all my specific areas separately with custom water times. What can I say, the installation was fast, clean and very professional. There service techs have been extremely helpful and patient with me since the installation. I'm recommending Water Works to everyone in my horticulture club.

they installed the sprinkler heads outside of my property line and after my fence was installed, I called them to move the sprinkler heads to within my property line. They did send someone to move the heads, but didn't do them all and when I called them again to complain, they basically called me a liar. The owner threatened to cut me off from their services, but finally agreed to send out his son. The son found out I was telling the truth and eventually fixed their mistake, but I was very angry about their customer service. They did however agree to provide their two-year service on the spring and fall maintenance service.

The estimate was accurate. They did very high quality work. They made sure that I was completely satisfied. The office was very responsive to all of my questions, the installers were excellent with both setup and full explanation of how to operate, and what I liked most was Steve, the person who gave me the estimate. You could tell he believed in his product and that he was truly engaged with your needs from the moment you met him. When he talked you could look into his eyes and see he was talking from his heart and not just making a sales pitch. For me this gave him an edge up as I trusted him right from the beginning. I don't believe anyone that selects Water Works Inc will ever be disappointed with the final product or customer service.

The house we purchased had a sprinkler systems installed by Water Works. I have maintained the contract with them as I have always had a positive experience when dealing with them on the phone and also during the turn up and shutdown of the sprinkler system. They are very thorough with their work and have solved many issues my controller and the valves controlling the zones.

Wow! Thanks HomeAdvisor. Water Works presented the best sprinkler price of all proposals and they got it done in time. They installed the new system in half a day within a few weeks of the order. Since they provide the first winterization and startup, I look forward to seeing them again.

I liked how they called before they came. They had up to date equipment. They also knew exactly all about my sprinkler system. Water works has my sprinkler system working better than when it was first installed.

I hired them to come in and install my sprinkler system. They did not install efficient heads with the proper zones. They included shade and sun within the same zone. Those zones require different amounts of water. After more than a dozen attempts to get them to come and fix it and get the owner to do what he said he would do, He refuses to do anything except adjust the heads. The heads I have are currently the wrong size so they are either under watering or over watering. I have three quotes to fix them which range from $1,800 to several thousands of dollars to repair. Additionally, since submitting my review, they have emailed me to tell me that my 2 year warranty is now voided but they then changed their mind on that. Like Alissa in Oswego, Roger yelled at me on several occasions and hung up on me as well. Very unfortunate. In April of 2018 they accused me of making their take write things down. We ran through the system and he agreed with me that zones 7 and 8 needed to be split. Steve called me several times in December saying that they would return in the spring. They came back in the spring but they did not split the zones or move the heads, they just changed the nozzles. They only had a inexperienced tech come to do the repairs. At no time did they have a crew come to move the heads, install the heads and split the zones. Once I agreed to take down my review, they then proceeded to ignore me. Do not use this company. They are liars, they are cheats, they are crooks. I am 2 years later with areas of my grass that do not get proper water, adjacent to areas that are over watered. UPDATE May 10th 2019 : After brought this to the attention on to HomeAdvisor they used an independent arbitrator to conduct the hearing I was very pleased with the arbitration as well as HimeAdvisor, however, WaterWorks still would not own up to the substandard quality and the system that they installed, which they did and that is unfortunate. The independent arbitrator through HomeAdvisor found in my favor and I was awarded substantial refund by Water Work in order to repair my system. I can never recommend Water Work, however, I do recommend HomeAdvisor and the independent arbitrator.

Great foreman. He came and explained everything in detail. Pricing is great compared to competitors. They came and did a good job.

Installation was completed in July after following couple of times on when the install would happen. On the day of install crew arrived on time but the crew was rushing to finish things to address another install and broke the sewage pipe cap, did not fix the hose-enclosed and left a big stone in the fill up area that was cut by the machine to lay the irrigation pipes. I raised these issues and it was all fixed by the maintenance team promptly. Couple of areas in the lawn is not 100% covered by the sprinklers which I would ask them to fix during the Spring 2018 season as I have just couple of more weeks for the Winterizing to happen. They did provide 2 years of maintenance (Spring, Winterizing & RPZ) included in the price which was very good.

Extremely price competitive, courteous staff, and efficient installation. This was a large project and they arrived promptly at 7:00 am and were done by 3:00 pm with everything working properly. Good follow-up after the installation. The yard came back from the impact of the installation much faster than I had thought it would. Looks and works great.

It was done very fast, but the yard had many holes, grass looks terrible and is lumpy.

Everyone from the company has been excellent. The install was as described. The system works beautifully.
