They installed the sprinkler system last fall so I didn't have much actually experience. The price was fair and the installation was very smooth. I now have six weeks with the system working and I am delighted. My lawn and gardens have never looked better. The coverage is excellent, even hitting hard to get spots that suffered when I used a hose. I love not lugging the sprinklers and hoses around and I am sure I will save on my water bill as the sprinkling is automated and done early in the morning. I highly recommend this company. They have greatly simplified my life.

Very precise about telling you how to run it and make themselves available if you have questions. They came highly recommended in my area and are installing many systems here in the new division.

Easy to work with though we do have an issue with some hosing coming up that they’ll need to fix. They’re scheduled to fix so hopefully it’ll be resolved and all will be good!

Where to start? The vendor sent two guys to do a turn on and they got into an argument. One went to pout in the vehicle and the other spent his time complaining to me about the other. Another time, for a shutdown, the guy removed my valve but did not blow out the system and was gone in five minutes (I had it on camera). Calling to get it remedied was horrific and they insisted he did the job when he clearly did not and said oh well, it is under warranty. Yea, that is what I want, for every one of my irrigation heads to be replaced next year. Also, any time I tried to have them solve a problem with a zone they set up with too many heads they would shrug. My new servicer swapped some heads the first time I mentioned it and all was better.

Cody and his band of merry men are truly brilliant. One amazing thing about this company is that they treated my project as if we were part of their family. I salute Cody, his dear father Roger and their entire team. I will endorse them unconditionally. More power to them.

June 04, 2021 It has now been a week with the new control box installed and everything is up and running. Eric has been corresponding through phone/email, communicating with the customer is vital. 5 star is always a goal for a business, I would have given 5 star all the way before my controller and root incident, but this update has gone from .05 star to 4.0 rating. One note to any new customers: if you have any roots or debris within a few inches of your turf the machine will go up and over this debris putting the pipe at the surface and vulnerable for puncture. Water works is looking into this for future reference. Thank you from one happy customer. May 27, 2021 I am changing my review after hearing from the company today, they have offered an apology and rectifying the problems I have. I will change my star rating again after this Fridays visit. I would like to thank Eric for contacting me and listening.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They make false claims and do not stand behind their work. I Highly recommend you find a company or contractor that does not lie and try to defraud their customers.

BEWARE of this company, especially Roger. We had an appointment today for turn on and installation of a $600 fertilizer systems. Appointment was for 8 am, technician was sent to wrong address and told us by phone to reschedule the appointment. After calling the office, the time was changed to 1-4 and they arrived at 4:15. Tech was rude, arrogant and a lair. We are having a driveway installed and I was told by Roger that they would return when the driveway was done. Roger is a very scary man and among other things I was asked if I understand English. I was told there were 5-6 line breaks because of the driveway. In actuality there is one line break- no where near the driveway and it was due to me tilling for our garden. While I was talking with Eric I heard Roger in the background screaming at another customer. Then Roger said to give me to him and that "he would take care of me. Eventually I was hung up on - never having received confirmation of my cancellation or refund of my $600. I called back and was hung up on again. I have never been treated in such an awful way and am now sorry we chose this company last fall to install a new system in the home we purchased in Hoffman Estates. I am now looking for a reliable, trustworthy company to move our work to. BEWARE

After initial negotiation signed the contract appointment was set for three weeks later they showed up on time and completed the project showed me how to use the sprinkler system and the app came back again two weeks later to research some of the heads to cover the whole yard everything was perfect. Very professional company

After the initial negotiation on the final price, a date was decided for the installation which was about three weeks from the contract signing. They got all the permits and place and showed up on time completed the work set up the Wi-Fi sprinkler system showed me how to use it. Excellent customer service will definitely do business again

I wish to take a moment to tell you what a wonderful experience I had with one of your associates, Matt, in person last week. We just moved here and left our snowblower behind at our last home as it broke. In addition to that, my husband just had shoulder surgery and cannot yet shovel. Matt went above and beyond to assist us. During the first snowstorm we had, there was so much snow in front of our mailbox because of the plow, that our mailman immediately stopped delivering. This past week, I ran outside to catch Matt as he was plowing our culdesac. He instantly came across as extremely friendly and a breath of fresh air. He is extremely patient, upbeat, took the time to learn of my concerns and expedite this awful snowplow situation that I was in. He took the time to make sure that mailman was going to deliver that mail going forward!! Matt is awesome. I wish I had someone like him on our team. Whatever he is making he deserves a raise!

WATER WORKS installed our sprinkler system 15 years ago. We have never had any issues with the system. The employees are always friendly & take their time starting & winterizing system. The office employees are also very friendly when setting up appointments. I would recommend WATER WORKS to any friend or family member if they were considering putting in a sprinkler system

I have them ready to go but it's too late in season so it'll be spring till completion , but i have all faith and know ill get a good job. Great direct personable people that give you comfort in knowing you're getting a quality product. Im that confident. thank you.

This is the second home that they have installed a sprinkler system for our family The customer service is excellent, on time for appointments, courteous, Knowledgeable and professional when on site. I would highly recommend this company! Steve
