Description of Work: They fixed my air conditioner after two visits in July. It had been acting up for several seasons. Then they did tune up on my furnace on Nov. With no problems found. They were on time and very professioal. A little expensive I thought.

Description of Work: Ejector pump replaced, new shut off valve on a toilet, cleaned out and got garbage disposal restarted. Arrival was prompt, friendly and knowledgable service. Did not have the pump on his truck, so he had to go out to get one, but returned promptly. When he finished the work areas were cleaned nicely and everything was working well. I had to leave for work before he started working, but I felt comfortable leaving him in the house alone and when I returned the house was locked just the way I asked and he even shoveled the snow that was piling up on my porch as he was working.

Description of Work: Leaking water from the Kitchen ceiling, had to cut open ceiling in several places to find leak, fixed the problem in a timely fashion. Very pro. knew what he was doing.Chris is very courteous, cleaned up afterwards and put everything back were it was before. I can highly recommend ARS for quality work, fair price and prompt service.

Description of Work: They missed several appointments. When a technician finally did show up, the quotes were outrageously high and they tried pressure tactics to start work immediately. We talk to my in laws and got a referral for a local business. They did the simple repairs for 1,000.00 less than ARS quoted. They are scammers.

Description of Work: Pricing was way too expensive and this was no bargain at all. They wanted over $600 to fix two drippy faucets. They also wanted me to get on their monthly maintenance program to defray the cost. I could get a local plumber to fix the same drips for $80.
