Description of Work: Garbage disposal stopped working, they said I needed a new one, I purchased, its nice, but they did not have enough under the sink to install the flexible conduit pipe all the way to the disposal leaving it exposed, so I needed to buy and install that myself. Not a huge deal, but would have been more convenient for them to carry this flexible conduit. Basically, the $100 purchase of a $200 service ended up taking $100 off the new disposal.

Description of Work: First time they came out didn't finish the job, said didn't have the tool to complete, they were late already so this pushed the job a day further out. They offer 24 hours service but don't have enough techs? They shouldn't advertise that. Next time will go with somebody else

Description of Work: Came and fixed my clogged toilet. The service person was not taking a coupon that I purchased from Angies's list. He told me that he would be able to honor it only if the service value is greater than 200$. It was disappointing. | |But later on some one from the ARS admin team followed up and rectified the issue. They did take the coupon and refunded the money. I would definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Had a leak under the sink. Tech claimed the plumbing did not meet code and had to be replaced. A simple leak ended up costing almost $500. Have since found a plumber who is more reasonable.

Description of Work: They replaced two outside faucets and after ordering parts added a different type anode to the hot water heater. Work was done well and on time. Work is done according to a fixed pricing schedule, regardless of the time needed.. I thought the cost was a bit high.

Description of Work: We used ARS to fix our issue with the hot water. They replaced a component in the shower an fixed our problem. ARS was professional and answered all my questions. Would definitely use again!

Description of Work: They provided maintenance for our air conditioner. They were very professional and while recognizing our air conditioner was working well, thought, given its age, we might want to get a new one.

Description of Work: They inspected the toilet and also the slow kitchen sink, the slow washtubs,the outdoor drains, and the main line. They then gave me written estimates for the repairs. I had them return after I started doing the wash and the water was running all over the floor. The technician told me it was an appliance problem (which it was). All three of the techs were very professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I have a service contract with the vendor. They performed my annual fall heating unit tune-up.

Description of Work: First found them via my home warranty. Then signed up for the semi-annual cleaning and inspection. | |Switched to another company this year, only because of contract price and warranty work they did.

Description of Work: I signed up for there annual plan so I'm covered thru out the year if anything goes wrong. Also they maintenance my water heater, furnace and a/c twice a year. Very professional and they don't try to sell you anything unless it's really needed. I am very happy with there service.
