Description of Work: The plumber replaced the pipe under the sink during the 1st visit to fix a leak. However, the leak did not entirely go away. After a few weeks, we called the company again. They were prompt in responding and this time, the repair seems to have fixed the leak. The plumber was courteous and professional during both visits.

Description of Work: Scoped out a fix for a leak and repaired. The fix didn't solve the problem so they came out again. The decision was made to install a new faucet. They credited the cost of the original fix including AL gift certificate. We rescheduled another visit and they installed the faucet. They charged us for the second installation. Outstanding customer service.

Description of Work: Wanted to reroute our sump pump outlet as it got clogged because of tree roots. They gave me an estimate for approximately $3000 to dig new line for sump pump and gutter drain. I didn't have them do it. I now have $200 worth of services (for $99) that I probably will never use. I had another company do it for $500.
