Description of Work: Removed a soft blockage in a drain. Spent extra time to make sure it was done to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: Service was performed and I had additional repairs that I needed and paid for them. I was very satisfied with the repairs. The repairman was very professional.

Description of Work: He removed our old sink and garbage disposal put in a new composite one bowl sink and redone all the plumbing.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace and AC. Onsite workers were efficient and quick. Walked me through the changes in my system and answered all my questions.

Description of Work: The plumber charged way too much to do the work. I couldn't be home, but my wife had the day off. The man came in told her it was going to be $765 to do the work. My wife didn't know what was involved in doing the job. I normally repair things myself, but I was very busy at work and decided to let someone else handle it. If I knew it was going to be so much, I would have done it myself. |

Description of Work: I called ARS for a plumbing leak in our downstairs family room. I called and made an appointment for the next day. The plumber was on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He had the work done in no time. We are very happy to have had the problem taken care of before Christmas.

Description of Work: The plumber had to replace the indoor shut off valve to my main water supply. He also had to coordinate with the city because the outside water box had to be turned off before they could do any work on the inside shut off valve. The city and ARS did a great job of coordinating and the ARS plumber able to work quickly on installing the new shut off valve to our complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: The work was done well.I think the price was high.I don't know why they had to pull the toilet.I thought that a rotor outer could have done them easier and faster.

Description of Work: One kitchen faucet replaced for 350.00. Since I had paid 100 for 200 worth of service,I felt I needed to finish. 350.00 total for one kitchen faucet is pricey, I thought 200.00 would have completed the one hour job. That was the only thing I needed done.

Description of Work: ARS plumbing was a joke. I called them to do a simple unclog. The technician they sent out did not have know on how to unclog the drain and suggested that I perform a more expense procedure to tear up a wall to find the write pipe. Upon hearing this, I got a second opinion from the Scottish Plumber, and they were able to do a simple unclog to fix the problem. Based on the laziness and inexperience of the person representing ARS, I would not recommend this company.
