Description of Work: When the water heater was installed, there was no hot water. The next day they brought parts to repair it. then they told me it would be an extra charge to change other parts in my faucets I called the company and they told them to fix the problem with no extra charges. |I told them I paid for a new working water heater and that was what I wanted because the elements had to be changed twice. It was only after I told them that my lawyer was involved that they then brought me the new water heater.
