Perfectly - Arrived on time - length of service was exactly as promised. Extremely neat - courteous - very thorough - made sure we understood how to work the new equipment.

I used ARS Rescue Rooter for a few years for annual A/C and furnace check-ups after my regular furnace serviceman retired. Each time they came there were one or more things that were identified as necessary repairs, despite the fact that the furnace or A/C was working fine. Most of these items I declined. I began to suspect that the company was overselling services and overpricing services this fall when I was quoted $277 to replace a capacitor during the service call, and I checked on-line and the part was $25 and the time to install was 15 minutes (or less). Way too expensive considering they were already on site! Then, this winter, I had a heat outage, which ARS properly diagnosed as the exhaust motor. The cost to repair--$883, and since my furnace was 14 years old, the technician suggested that I replace the furnace. I got a second opinion and had the work done by another company for $341--and that included two trips to the home. On the plus side, the ARS technicians know their jobs, show up on time, and wear booties to keep your house clean. Perhaps the company compensates in part by services sold (thereby incentivizing sale of unnecessary services). Not certain how they justify their high prices. I'll be switching service providers.

diagnosis was accurate and work was performed very expeditiously. Furnace works fine now and the technician was very competent and friendly. Also signed up for service agreement at a discounted price. We had contacted another firm which still 6 days later has not returned our call. ARS answered on our first call and sent the technician within a couple of hours, on a holiday weekend. We do not need to look anywhere else for future ac or furnace issues. Very pleased

serious problem found with my furnace by a tech who came to clean and check. an agent arrived the same day to quote on a new furnace. the next day the new furnace was installed by jim duncan who arrived on time , did a good job, cleaned up, programmed the thermostat and explained important facts. very satisfied

These two gentleman, Eugene and Arnulfo, were absolutely fabulous.... Very professional, they are very well at their skills... and went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to manage the new thermostat and showed me around the new furnace to let me know what was changed and why how it should function... If ever need ARS to do more work for me... I would love those two gentlemen to come back. Excellent Job!!!

Excellent, I couldn't be more pleased. The service was professional and the plumber and installers were courteous and respectful with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend this company.

It went extremely well. The installation technicians were well mannered, very efficient and completed their work in a clean and timely manner. They were meticulous in going over and explaining what they were doing and then how the equipment operated and could be adjusted. The system is functioning as anticipated and is providing a very comfortable atmosphere in my home.

I've been very happy with them. They walked us through the installation and made it very comfortable. They showed us exactly what they were doing and what needed moving around that had to be done because of size. They went so far as to show me how to program the thermostats. They were very good about the whole thing. They hauled away everything and left it very clean. We had zero problems of any kind. They got it done in one day. They covered everything and left nothing to chance. There was nothing left behind, it was very neat. They were on time to the schedule. I have nothing but good to say about them. They treated us with respect. They wore shoe slippers through the house. They always called me "Mr.". Very respectful.

We have a contract with them. They come out in the spring and do the air conditioning and in the fall and do the furnace. He came and took the furnace apart, looked and did what he had to do with that. Then he went outside to look at the air conditioner. Took it apart and did what he had to do with that. That is part of the contract, there is no charge for the visit. The only extra that you have to pay for is if they have to replace a part or something like that. They are good. I have had them for a long time. They have come out when I have had emergencies like the furnace goes out when it is freezing. They are also a plumbing company. They are always very prompt. When you are a member. I pay monthly, it just comes out of my checking account each month. If I have an emergency, I can call them 24 hours a day. That has happened to me and they are out within a half an hour.

I had a sump pump and it failed. So, I wanted to always be sure that my working. They sump pump failed and they were out the next day. All of that is very expensive, but it's all expensive. They're always prompt.

They did a good job. The guy was good. We had an alarm going off on the water heater and I thought it was a leak, but the batteries just needed replaced. They figured out what the real problem was and they fixed it. My interaction with them was excellent. The work was excellent. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

ARS was, for sure, easy to work with... but, dollar-for-dollar, I think we'll search elsewhere in the future for our AC and Furnace needs.

We have used them for many years. I found them to be professional and courteous.

They come twice a year. For the last two years they've always tried to sell something like a part.Their responsiveness is good. Actually, we won't use them again because we're moving.

I have an contract with them. I pay them an yearly amount. Its maybe $150, for spring and fall maintenance. That gives me certain priorities with any service calls. They will put me in front of the list. Off hour calls, they will put me top priority. That kind of things.

Work done and clean up completed quickly and professionally within one day, but I have no way of knowing if there truly was a need to replace furnace. No malfunction was indicated.
