The process went very well. They were very neat and quick.

I wanted 4 Toilet flush levers to be changed and I was providing all the material (Replacement Flush Levers). They quoted be $156 + $200 coupon = $356. Which means they have quoted about $89 for 5 to 10 min activity which involves unscrewing old flush lever and replacing it with the flush lever provided by me.

I believe my wife was home when they did the work. Everything went well! The cost included labor and parts. We haven't any problems since.

The first installation was the furnace and air conditioner. They were very neat and courteous, and everything seemed to have been installed very efficiently. The next installation was Aprilaire Humidifier and UV Lights. Also very satisfied with work. Tech always does a good job explaining things. Will definitely call them again.

If I could give 10 stars I would!. Calling for service or purchase for AC/Heating frightens me like going to the dentist...BUT the best thing I ever did was to take my neighbors advise and call Home Depot for a new ac/heat system and got Scott from ARS. By the end of 4 hrs I felt like I had a great friend who I could trust and became well informed on what I needed for my home. I have lived in my townhouse for 6 years and suffered thru hot/cold days due to a terrible builder grade system. Scott did a superior assessment for my NW facing home with 13 windows so that we can be cooled and warmed in any weather Chicago wants to give us! The crew that came to install were prompt professional and efficient and fun to be with. Also they were very creative with repositioning pipes to not only fit better but looked better. I commend them for working so well in such a tight place. Scott came back later that day to register my system and program thermostat to computer and cell phone. Nice, now have fun gadget to play with! love it! All in all was the best experience in any service call I have ever had in my past 4 homes over 30 yrs. Will be staying with ARS from now on and plan on recommending them to all my friends and family. Thanks again guys!

I had ARS Rescue Rooter do a five-point toilet tune-up and comprehensive home plumbing inspection. I was not completely satisfied with this purchase. The Five-point tune-up included several things, such as, inspecting and adjusting the fill valve, cleaning rim flush holes (which was not done), replacing the worn flapper (which was not done), adjusting the tank level operation, and a home plumbing inspection(which I declined). The plumber also showed up at my house outside the agreed time frame, which was a major inconvenience. He gave me price quotes for improvements, which seem ridiculous. Overall, I do not trust this place and I am not happy with their service. The best rating that I can give them is a C, which is generous!

Ths cost was very high, he was also very supprised when I presented my Angies list deal. He said woudnt have given me a discount if he knew I was using my deal.

The don't flush well now. Poor service!

It was fine. He was very knowledgeable. He gave additional information in what I was asking for.

Denis worked extremely hard, trying several different avenues of attack, and spending quite a lot more time than he expected. He was perfectly professional, and unwilling to quit until the work was done.

Good they explain everything and I was please with their service

He was very competent. Even told me what to do as a regular practice to prevent a repeat of the problem. Friendly and nice. I would say that they are pricey, but after selecting other providers, found their pricing to be very fair.

Dishwasher not draining properly. Problem diagnosed as build-up in main kitchen drain. Provider routed out line and gave us some bacterial drain & trap cleaner to keep the line open.

Great job. Finished multiple jobs in one day. Scott W did a great job, didn't try to up-sell me on anything and didn't make a huge mess. Very content, would recommend

I have a contract with them for both heating and plumbing services. I am charged a monthly fee and then pay only for the work done at the time and no charge for the trip. Because I am a senior, I get a discount and very prompt service. I've had to call them on holidays and in the evenings and weekends and there is never a grumble or put-off. They are immediate, knowledgeable and thorough. I can't imagine using another company.

Very friendly and professional service by Chris. Repair of toilet was done quickly. Price was okay but a bit more than what I expected. It was worth it though to have it repaired and working properly. He left me with a nice list of what I should keep my eye on...I think the value of the inspection at 39 dollars was an unbelievable deal. I would probably use them again hard to rate quality at this point...time will tell.

They identified a few areas that needed some work but did not pressure me to get the work done through them. Very responsive and professional. There was a lot of value provided for the price I paid so I am considering them for a much larger bathroom remodeling project.

They were flexible in scheduling and prompt. The gentleman who reviewed our home was knowledgable and made several suggestions to improve the current system. We did not have the furnace replaced; we were considering options. | |The price quoted seemed reasonable. The "service contract" price was substantially less than my current provider. The brand of furnace offered (Lennox) is the same brand offered by Costco. I have had a Carrier furnace for >30 years and have not researched the relative quality of the two brands, which I would do prior to a purchase.

When I explained that I did not want to go over the original $200. price, he found simpler methods to do the repairs.

.Took forever to get in contact with them (3 weeks) did not show on the first appoinment. The second try went better. Did a nice jobe but I would not use them again because of lack of responsiveness

after his review, i was given a detail report of all the inspection checks performed. the service personnel was very respectful and helpful.

He was excellent, very good and showed up on time, which is very important to me because I hate when people are tardy. He did the work and I am very happy with it. It was a little pricey, but I guess all plumbing is. I purchased a Big Deal for this service and I paid extra because I had him do additional things. I liked the price and he was efficient and had the parts on hand.

Our furnace was 20 years old and had water leak into it several times. It broke down 3 times in 4 weeks so We decided to have a new furnace installed. We had several estimates to go by and boy were they different. One company wanted 5500.00 and that didn't include a new A/C unit...SO for all the "wrong" reasons, we declined their ridiculous offer, and they did not explain any details...it seemed like they didn't want to or didn't know how to install a furnace... A second estimate was reasonable (but that's it) from a local company, (Michael Jordan's initials backwards) heating and cooling. They just wanted to throw in a box...They were here 7 minutes for estimate...nothing was explained to me...what makes u think I would signed with a company that's in & out so fast even though I can save a buck or 2... So we decided to go with ARS/Rescue Rooter although they were a few hundred dollars more. They took the time to explain everything. From the village permit to replacing a 'Y' tee for venting to the outside. Don the salesman was thorough and explained all details and options to choose. we decided to go with the Rheem 2 stage gas valve and variable speed blower.Although it was more expensive we wanted to get a furnace with a good warranty, good reliability. and energy efficient. The installers (Dave and Michael were on time,friendly and very polite and respected me and my house. Also a big "plus' was they knew what they were doing! Install went flawless and even looked nice. They also installed a new t-stat (recommended) and a new Aprilaire humidifier. They showed us how to operate all items and explained all features and any other important details. Heck, this company has a 33 point checklist that was walked through with us. ARS is a great company and I would recommend them for all your Home Comfort needs. We will definitely contact ARS for a new A/C and hot water heater install when needed. As stated earlier ARS was a little more money BUT as the saying goes..."u get what u pay for"! I bought a big deal, and set up the appointment right next day evening. He was being very flexible in scheduling. When he came out, he started water heater draining and start doing inspection for all the plumbing. Tightened the pipes where needed.
