Excellent! They know what they are doing and do a quality job with no short cuts or substitutions. We bought an old house that is riddled with sloppy/cheap "fixes".. It's great to know we've found a company that does quality work!

Set up inspection time and was even early. Quoted rice and was lower than other contractor. Arrived on time on day of appointment and work was efficient and cleaned up completely. Fransico was very professional. thank you

Fernando was very knowledgeable, providing us with options others did not. He came on a Saturday to do the quote and also did the work on a Saturday so we did not need to take off any time from work. He and his crew were very timely, professional and above all, did an excellent job!

Excellent. Francisco and a help showed up promptly, were professional, wore shoe protectors to keep floors clean, and performed what appears to be a very clean and professional patch job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, but hope that I never have to (at least for a basement leak).

Diagnosis was fast and accurate. Work was performed without any mess. Workers are clean, neat, professional, polite, and highly skilled. I would not recommend do yourself patch kits. A-Proseal used two different sealing epoxy products and changed the products according to the varying width of the crack. Kits that you buy only come with a single product. I highly recommend A-Proseal. We have had several heavy rains since the repair and the basement is bone dry.

Proseal came on time to quote the job and was able to seal the crack that very day. Very professional and did a great job. Have not had any more leaking. Having them do work In our other home as well. Highly recommend them!

We used A-Proseal to help with water seepage in our crawlspace. Fernando came out and gave us an estimate and was able to get the work done within a few days. We had other crawlspace issues, and when we called back, Fernando was back out quickly to check the work that was previously done to be sure it was doing it's job, and it was. Unfortunately we need other work done, but will definitely be using A-Proseal in the future. Fernando is very knowledgeable and wants to help us fix our problems for good. The price is more reasonable than the larger corporations. You get personal and prompt service. And I like being able to talk to the same person every time I call. WE called and they came out and gave us and estimate right away. My husband was impressed by Fernando's knowledge and professionalism and he understood the job we needed done within our budget. He explained the work that would be done, and then the cost. They did a great job. From beginning to end and cleaned everything up. they sealed the cracks and leveled our crawl space and laid pea gravel. Now the crawl space is usable for storage. The workers were all very nice and completed the job. We are very happy with the work and the company! Thanks

I had tried to contact several companies for this service, and A-proseal was the only one that returned my call/email. Someone came out to do an estimate, he was on time, professional, and thorough. He made sure there were no other issues in the basement other than the leak we reported. The work was completed a few days later by two different people, both of who did a nice job. The price was reasonable and there is also a lifetime warranty. I even got a discount since I was close to their office. A day or two after the work, there was a big storm, so we know the work was quality as not a drop made it through to the basement. I would be happy to work with A-proseal again!

I can't say enough good about this company. You will not be disappointed. In January they sealed a crack in our basement foundation and completely stopped our water leaking. Then recently, we needed to hire a plumber to replace the sewer pipe, which was located near the sealed crack. Unfortunately after the plumber did work, water was leaking around the pipe. We called A-Proseal to see what could be done and they came out the very same day and sealed the area around the pipe. I asked how much it would cost and they said no charge since it was under the warranty even though the leaking was caused by the plumber's work. Both times A-Proseal did a clean neat job. The owner Fernando is for the customer and is very easy to talk to. He's on top of things. His employees Francisco, Pedro, and Danny are great workers and do the job right. They are very dependable with a very reasonable price. Thank you A-Proseal for pulling through for us. We will definitely refer you to our family and friends.

Great! They were in and out in like 3 days. He came with a full crew of guys that were super nice, on time and cleaned up well. They kept it quick and on time. The owner, Fernando, came out everyday working. It was nice to be able to talk to him about any issues or questions.
