Fernando and his guys did a great job. They came when they said they would, worked hard, and got it done. It was a complicated job in an old house that had basement space dating from the 1860's to the 1920's.

Fernando and his team did a very good job on my basement foundation crack. He met me for an appointment with 24 hours of calling, submitted a very reasonable quote, and completed the job within 48 hours. I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism, and enjoyed speaking to people in the office. Very happy.

in Fall 2018 Fernando and his crew installed Drain tile in my basement and as promised I never got water again after years of flooding and ineffective attempts by others.. This summer mold formed on the wall along the stairway leading to my basement. I got several quotes all indicating that my stairs had to be demolished to fix the problem. I called A-Proseal and Fernando came by to take a look on Tuesday 9/3 and had his crew out Wednesday sealed the cracks and installed moisture barrier without demolishing my stairs saving me $$. The work was done in a couple of hours. FANTASTIC!! out

Water would leak in the basement and a pool of water would lye in front of my door. They sealed the water that went to the basement and rising cement did the job, no more pool of water or water in the basement. The job was done quick. Only 4 hours. Very happy with Fernando and his team, would recommend them from the beginning. He will come in and let you know of everything that needs to be done and will give you a price before any work would be done.

They did a very professional job repairing the cracks. One of the cracks was partially blocked by the basement stair stringer. They took the extra time to make sure the crack was completely filled. This saved me the expense of having to hire a carpenter to completely remove the stairs. The repairs have held up well during the recent heavy rains. Additionally they responded must faster than their competitors. One A rated competitor had a 3 month wait time just to get an estimate!

A- ProSeal did an excellent job for us! We called other places for consultation, but what stood out was our estimator Eddie, who was straight to the point with a confident resolution to our water leakage issue. He was very friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly. All work was done according to plan. The workers spent only 1 day and came when expected, were friendly, and was respectful to our home, laying down protection for our carpets as they needed to go in and out of the house. Also, the room in our basement that was worked in was protected and door closed while working as so no dust from drywall removal came up into the home. A nice touch that I didn't realize till the end was that one of the workers fixed the door to the room so it would shut correctly. (One thing we never got around to fixing.) I thought that was so thoughtful! Besides all the work done well according to plan, was the AWESOME job they did on the clean up! Very impressed! The landscape didn't even look touched and our room was all cleaned up and everything was left very neat. The crew came in and did what was agreed upon. Hard working employees. Great job and a great price. I had 5 estimates and Aproseal was the least expensive m. I recommend this company.

I couldn't believe how much of my time was wasted looking for a real professional, who really cares about the work they do. The big guys tried to sell me things I did not need and the others did not know what they were talking about. Fernando owns A-Proseal and he personally guaranteed the work performed - he said "It's my company and I cannot afford bad work". He has excellent employees and they will not leave unless you are satisfied with their work and clean-up. Fernando keeps it simple, explains the reasoning for his diagnosis and really performs. I do not know why anyone would use others for this type of work.

Work done professionally, price fair. One of the advantages of waiting a few months before reviewing is that I can definitely say that after several hard rains the repaired area has been fully fixed. Would recommend.

Owner came out same day I called for an estimate. Work was completed the following week. Repairman thoroughly fixed the crack and cleaned up completely.

Fernando and his team did an amazing job. I had several companies take a look at our basement/yard and provide quotes. Fernando seemed to be the most knowledgeable and was able to get me on the schedule quickly (before the weather turned). His team excavated around both sides of our house and found a number of issues with our foundation (holes, cracks, etc). They fixed the foundation and put up a waterproof barrier. In their thoroughness, they exposed some some shoddy work that a prior contractor had done for us. They spent probably another ~6 hours fixing it to make sure they completed the project right. We were so thankful with how honest and diligent he and his team were. They sent us updates and pictures and Fernando was very responsive along the way. After backfilling, they regraded the sidewalks on both sides of our house and did a fantastic job. They are extremely hard working, professional and they followed through. Couldn't be happier with the job they did.
