Plumber arrived in timely fashion and examined situation carefully before proceeding with work. Walked through the house's unique plumbing situation and then used router to resolve problem. We will definitely use Aleck again!

He arrived without calling first, and apologized for the error. The piping project was performed without problems and he cleaned up to my satisfaction. The company did honor their promise of a 10% senior discount which lowered the final bill from $600.00 to $540.00. I was happy with his work and professional, helpful attitude.

This was a situation that occurred due to a gutter extension disconnecting which allowed water to run directly down in the same place on the ground over a period of time creating a sink hole. The dirt/mud liquified and seeped into the drain tiles which subsequently seeped into my sump pump basin. The basin was filled with mud which prevented the sump pump from operating since it is only designed to pump water - not mud. I called Aleck Plumbing and Tim Spears came out. I told him about the situation and he immediately checked the sump pump to see if it was operational. It was, but it was "gurgling" trying to push the mud out. He had to remove the sump pump, dig out 10 gallons of mud from the pump basin and the pipes, replace the sump pump with a new one and checked to make sure it was working. He also went outside to see what other water problems stemmed from the clogged pump. He provided me with a detailed list of items that needed correction in order for the water to run away from the building that I passed on to my Homeowners Association. He was very professional, pleasant, cleaned up the area when done and even arrived a little early, which was fine with me.

These guys are the best. We use them frequently for all plumbing-related work, and we recommend them highly and frequently to people in need of a plumber. They are one of the few contractors that we will recommend enthusiastically and without reservation. Everything is always done right. They've probably done work on our house over 30 times over the last 5 years -- drains, sump pumps, water heaters, exterior drainage, etc. -- and rarely if ever have we had to call them back out. Fast to respond. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough.

Convenient scheduling; prompt arrival; explains work to be done & reviews after completed; very thorough; I've used them before. Did not shop around so can't speak to cost. They have taken care of several things I couldn't do myself and that is valuable to me.

Toliet still wont shut off. Also, office never sent requested copy of paid invoice to us even though we paid in advance. We fixed toliet ourselves.

I called Aleck Plumbing on Friday night and scheduled a Saturday Morning time. Paul was right on time, cleaned out our sewer line in less time than anticipated. I was able to make an important appointment on Saturday morning that I thought I would never make under the circumstances. GREAT JOB>

Appointment was for 8:00 AM, be careful, Aleck Plumbing always arrives about 15 minutes early. Routed outside sewer lines and scheduled next clean out for three years in the future.
