Description of Work: Called several plumbers on Monday for estimates on water heater replacement. All quotes were virually the same all with A ratings chose Aleck based on location. Tech arrived promptly on Tuesday morning as promised .Tech was very personable and professional completing the install promptly. He also gave me information on the hot water radiant heating system in the house. I was very pleased and would definitely use this vendor again. The B grade for price is only because all estimates were within $20 so the price was not exceptional.

Description of Work: Backed up kitchen sink. I called other companies to give me quotes and Aleck plumbing by far was the most reasonable. Very nice to work with and very professional and explain everything to me. Also the girl that answers the phone was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Heard a loud bang and then water running - shut off water and called them - Matt the technician was courteous and professional. Found that a freak of nature had happened - an icicle fell from the roof and struck an outside faucet turning it on. He called the owner to see if there could be any relief on the bill. The answer was no. I paid for a full weekend emergency visit to have a handle turned off. My bad perhaps, but no compassion or good business sense on the owners part - will never use them again.
