Description of Work: We had our old ceramic floor removed and a new porcelain (18 x 18 tiles) installed in hallway, half bath, kitchen and laundry room. The tile was laid down diagonally. There were some challenges with leveling and needing significantly more tile than originally estimated. The overall job cost me more than what was quoted due to discovering laminate under original tile, needing to implement a leveling system and the amount of additional tile overage required to complete the job. The individuals working on site were great to work with. They were polite and cleaned up every day. I would use this firm again. The overall result is a beautiful floor. We are very pleased with the end result.

Description of Work: Zach & his crew installed about 750 sq ft of porcelain faux wood tile (6" x 24") in my basement. They also provided & installed baseboards. They were on time everyday & kept me informed about what they were doing each day. The total job took 4 days so they were right on schedule. Their estimate was right on & very competitive with other bids that we received. We have a pool table in our basement that they had to move multiple times. Overall we are very happy with the job that they did. We will definitely use again for future tile work. We highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: They installed my laminate floor. It is lovely. They did a very good job and I would have them back. There was a small problem and part of it was I should have walked thru and examined the work first but I was so excited so it took a few days to get it corrected. But after sending a picture of what needed to be corrected, they sent out the worker to fix the problem.

Description of Work: Floor looks beautiful. It went faster than they estimated and they were punctual and honest.

Description of Work: I had a shower that was leaking into the downstairs bedroom due to it being improperly installed years ago. Zach and his team torn out all the old tiles and damaged wood and re-installed it correctly resulting in a beautiful shower, including seat, and corner shelves. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Our experience with Suburban Tile and Flooring was fantastic! From the first call back to the very end, Zach was always very honest & helpful throughout the whole flooring installation process. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to this line of business! |His estimate was significantly less than (2) other companies and in the end was spot on. He was also very upfront and fair when a situation arose which was not part of the original pricing (i.e. moving a pool table to install a slate floor with underfloor heat mats). He and his team adhered to our agreed upon timeframe and even stayed later one evening to make sure that they met it! |Additionally, when we had an issue with the sealant being used & Zach didn't know the answer, he went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and get one! And even though one of the manufacturer's options would have meant more work for him/his company (at no additional cost to us), he was more than willing to do whatever was necessary to make our new slate floor look its best and see that we were happy customers! |If you have any type of flooring install and/or tiling work to be done, I would highly recommend contacting Zach at Suburban Tile and Flooring! |
