Description of Work: Great, they did a great job - the job was done in 2010 - your calendar does not go back that far. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Pella completely replaced the windows and doors on an enclosed porch. The process went extremely well. This service was provided many years ago, so I do not remember the price, although as I recall it was reasonable considering the very excellent quality of the product. After many years of use, the windows and doors continue to function perfectly. Pella produces excellent products

Description of Work: All glass Front entry and dude lights, 4 dbl set windows and 3 set windows. | |There were a couple of stress fractures when installing two of the larger windows but I'm happy to report that they patched them up once notified.

We were pleasently surprised as to how professional the repair crew was. They cost came in under the estimate they had given us. I would unconditionally use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows in our current townhome. Forty-six years ago we built our first home with Pella windows. Lived there for 25 years. Great windows, no problems !

Description of Work: We have had ALL our windows replaced by Pella windows over the last 4 years. This past spring, the top edging on our upstairs screens was starting to come off. Pella came and replaced all the screens, even those where the edging was not coming off. They are an excellent company, they stand by their product, and are totally reliable. Though expensive, we feel the quality outweighs the cost. We have noticed improvements in our utility bills, both heating and AC, due to the windows. We highly recommend them.

Description of Work: My wife and I purchased our home in the summer of 2012. The windows were original to the house, built in 1970, so they were single-pane windows and not very efficient. The house was drafty and cold in the winter. I had priced out a couple of other dealers/manufacturers and didn't move forward because of the cost. I decided to price Pella Windows the next fall after one of my neighbors had used them. Pella installed 14 new triple-pane windows including demolition and removal of the old windows and replacement of the interior wood casing. The previous homeowners had done a kitchen renovation and replaced three of the single-pane windows with double-pane windows, so we did not have to replace those windows, but Pella included in their pricing the cost to replace the casing on those three windows so it would be an exact match to the casing on our new windows. Everything went very smoothly from the original purchase to the delivery and installation. The installers were professional and courteous. They showed up on time and very conscientious of protecting their work area and cleaning up after themselves. The installation went very smoothly and the new windows have made a huge difference for our house. Our utility costs have gone down more than 20% since we installed the windows and another added benefit was the noise reduction. We are completely satisfied with Pella and I highly recommend them.
