Pella Windows and Doors

It was excellent, pleasant, friendly, on time and repaired it very well.

It went very well. This was my third experience using Pella. I am extremely pleased with the windows I know have. They not only look good but they are sound and weather proof. The installers did a magnificent job, very professional.

I believe it went well, but unsure if they actually attached the door to the nail flange at the top of the door, although they said they would. I thought they would have to pull some siding back to achieve this, but no siding was removed or replaced.

They took a deposit and it took like a month or more than a month for them to be ready with the window, but it was fine. For quality, it's too early to say right now but I'm leaning towards an A.

Was great from start to finish. Dan the sales rep was on time, honest, personable and caring about our budget. Installation day the installers arrived on time calling to let us know they were on their way. The living room window was a concave bow which other companies said "OH" to and scratched their heads! The installers, Scott, Brent and Dan were awesome! The dining room window was out and in quickly and easily. The living room window took them 6 hours to install and complete the trim work but we are so satisfied with it that we are just amazed at how well it turned out. Because of the year the house was built (1953) the crew closed off the area and tested for lead paint which we found out later we had on the living room sill which was really good to know! After the job was completed they cleaned up well and had everything back to the way it was before they arrived. Had one problem with customer service after with ill fitting screens where they "passed the buck" back to our sales rep and he took care of our concerns by arranging someone to come out on 7/26/17 with new screens so we'll see how that goes since I have read that I am not the only one that was not totally satisfied with Pella Customer Service! Too bad that one part of this entire project became frustrating since up to that point we were beyond happy with everyone and everything. Would certainly recommend the company, installers and workmanship. Even the village inspector was impressed with the job that was performed!

Ian came out to measure and provide a consultation for a quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though my project is quite complex and other vendors couldn't provide a quote for multiple days after measuring, Pella provided a quote same day. Due to the complexity of my project, I had a lot of follow-up questions and requests for tweaks to the quote. Ian was extremely responsive and provided exactly what I asked for. We didn't end up moving forward with replacing our windows. However, I would consider Pella in the future if we replace windows in our home.

The work was done over a single day. The windows look beautiful but each winter during the coldest part ice builds up in the inside corners of the glass. Not what I expected from Pella at that high price and for special insulating glass - a primary reason I replaced the windows. I called their HQ but got told to call other people who then referred me back to them and so on, and after leaving a couple final messages we gave up. Either the construction of the window or the installation had insulation problems.

We are very happy with it. We used them a few years ago to install new windows and they are really good and do Superior work.

Well, it is now March 9th and I have yet to hear from Pella customer service as they said I would in Feb. See what I mean, not at all reliable.

Called Pella for an estimate in early November. Salesman came and measured and quoted on a custom built fiberglass door with 2 side panels. The door and panels had prairie style glass inserts.The storm door had low E glass to protect the door from heat and sunlight. The delivery and installation were scheduled for Dec. 29. The installers came and finished the job in 5 hours on Dec. 29. The size of the door unit was perfect . No extensive shimming or filler blocks were required. Everything was done per the order and all debris and old doors were cleaned up. They were careful of small details like drilling for the wiring for the security system door sensor and protecting the ceramic tile floor in the hall where the door .was installed. They insulated very well. We had a temperature of 5 degrees F the next morning with no air leakage or cold spots. The interior of the door and the new trim match the existing walnut stained oak trim in the rest of the house. You could tell by watching that the installers were professionals. We had one company responsible for manufacturing , shipping, installing and adjusting the door. No question of whose responsibility. We may have been able to get a lower price by buying a door unit at a big box store and hiring a contractor to install it but I know it would not have gone as smoothly.

I paid for them. It went very well and there were no problems. They are a little on the expensive side.

It was fantastic. We loved everything about them. They were perfect. We have recommended them. They did a great job. They were efficient and top notch. They were great. We would absolutely use them again.

They did it two summers in a row so we didn't have to have the whole ticket in one summer. I was very satisfied. They did a nice job and I was happy with them. They did what they said in the time they said they would do it. The interaction was agreeable. The windows are fine.

It was really good. I was very happy with Pella. I liked their work and I liked their people. My wife is happy. I would recommend them because of the quality, the look and the workmanship. They have a guarantee period and they offer financing. We were very happy with the service. They clean up. They have very good workers. They say they will be here between this and this time and they always have.

The service was very good. The only problem was with the design of the windows. The screens fastened to the outside of the windows and they were very lightweight. Two or three of them were bent when the windows were delivered and a couple more of them bent in the installation of the windows. They sent out all new screens to replace them. We still have to be very careful when we remove them or the screens bend. They were a little on the expensive side.

It was fine. Everything went great. The pricing was a little higher but it was worth it. I probably wouldn't use them again because of the price and I found a different company where I like their windows.

They were great. They are a great company to work with. The people that come out to do the appraisals and the people that come to do the work are quick and efficient. They cleaned up afterwards. They were polite and made sure they got the work done. When they were doing the bathrooms, they taped them off with plastic so the dust wouldn't go into the rest of the house. After they were done, they cleaned up the bathrooms too, so they were great. They did the same thing when they did the windows in the entire house. The price is on the higher end but you pay for the quality. You can't beat the quality so you get what you pay for. I would absolutely use them again.

The service was fabulous. The price may have been a little pricey, but at least, they got it done. The best thing about them is that the gentleman and his son that came to do the installation did an excellent job. They were quick. They cleaned up. I have absolutely no complaints. There was no worst part of it. Everything was excellent.
