Description of Work: My overall experience was good. I like the product, the sales team and the support team. My issue was with the day of install. The original installer had truck problems and did not notify anyone. Pella ended up having to call an installer than was originally off for the day. He had to round up a crew, pick up the original trailer of supplies and head to my house to start the project. They started about three hours late. Thank goodness the new installer was excellent and did a great job. The project did run late into the evening but they did finish and I was satisfied with the final outcome. Pella needs to have better monitoring and communication with installers but other than that, I was satisfied.

Description of Work: Replaced three basement windows. Went well, finished in a few hours. I had the trim replaced outside with cedar and inside with pine. The difference with the temperature in the basement is unbelievable. Much more comfortable.
