Everything went perfectly with Mike and his crew. They were on time, got to work and finished the job in a timely manner. Very neat and clean. Loved the finished product.

They did a amazing job refinishing and repairing my old wood floors. They showed up on time, worked hard, and even finished early. They did a professional job from start to finish. Owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent work highly recommended.

These guys were phenomenal! Our floors were originally laid with mixed grade which required a whitewash stain to hide the imperfections. Mike and his team took the time to provide us numerous samples stains which included some custom mixing on our existing floor until we had exactly what we wanted. What was really great about this whole process is we were able to stay in our house while they work was going on, their sanding process left little dust, the stain and finish was fast drying and very low odor. They were always on time, cleaned up at the end of the day and always kept us informed of what to expect for the day. Mike and his team are truly customer focused, they took the time to answer our questions and provide suggestions when asked. We felt they really were concerned that we were satisfied with their work. We would HIGHLY recommend Nex Flooring to anyone who is looking for floor re-finishing and installation.

Second time we have used this provider. Called them back because of the excellent work they did installing hardwood in our living room and dining room. This time we had carpet removed from our master bedroom, upstairs hall and stairs. Instead of starting with raw hardwood we purchased prefinished hardwood flooring because we wanted to make sure we had use of the two upstairs bathrooms during the project. The stairs (we were sure) were going to be difficult. Our dog had chewed the ends of three of the treads and we thought they were ruined but Nex were pretty sure they would be able to fix them and sand, stain and finish the stairs with no problem. They were right, the stairs came out beautifully. They created wonderful transitions to the bathrooms and remaining carpeted bedrooms. The whole process from ripping out the carpet to laying the flooring and redoing the stairs only took two days! I wish Nex would travel to Washington State when we move because I would hire them over and over again. They are true craftsmen with hardwood.

Our experience with this company was excellent. We obtained multiple quotes for the work being performed, and the quote for the work was comparable or less than other quotes. Mike's initial visit indicated the commitment that this company had to quality work and we weren't disappointed with the results. Mike, his father, and other workers were all extremely professional, knowledgeable about their profession and took extreme pride in what they do. The concern for quality work far exceeded our expectations. The floors were completed on time, look beautiful and the house was spotless when they were finished. During the process, furniture was covered, cabinets covered and there wasn't a speck of dust at the end. Would highly recommend to others and would use them again in the future.

I received 5 quotes for flooring. Two were from the big companies with catchy commercials, I am so glad I didn?t go with them. The other three were from smaller family owned companies. Mike from Nex Flooring gave me a quote that was a bit higher that the rest, but I felt Mike was the most knowledgeable of the group and wanted him to do the work. We talked and he was able to reduce his price to be more competitive. His team arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I even had to leave them in the house while I went to work, with no problems. They installed 500 sqft of wood floor in my Family Room, feathered it into the existing kitchen floor, added flush vents, added baseboards, and finally stained to match the existing floor. The work was amazing, it really matches the existing and the entire space looks great now thanks to Mike and his team. I would highly recommend the Nex Team as they do great work!

They were awesome. They brought out lots of options and samples for me to look at. They also know the products very well and they made great recommendations and suggestions. They were very competitively priced compared to the other quotes I got. They were very prompt, reliable, trustworthy and were very concerned about the quality. Due to the extremely hot weather the protective clear coat dried to fast and they had to redo everything, which they were on top of. They took care of any issues or concerns I had without any hassle. I would absolutely use them again.

This was my second experience with Nex Flooring and it was just as positive as the first. After some initial scheduling problems, they came out and showed the same caring, craftsmanship, and professionalism as before. I have never seen such hard workers. They come early and stay until the job is done. All of our work was done in 2 days. They are meticulous, easy to have around, and extremely efficient. If you want your flooring done in a quality and timely fashion by genuinely nice people, hire them. I know I won't hesitate to call them again. My only issue was the scheduling, which was done by email. Mike did not always respond promptly.

It went very well. We were initially quoted for a sanding, restaining, and refinishing our wood floor. When the owner and his associate came to do the work, I was advised that the floor was really in good shape and did not need a sanding. It just needed a cleaning and buffing. As a result, the work only cost half of what was originally quoted. The original quote said that a lower grade of finish was going to be used, and I requested that a more durable finish be used. No problem, as they secured the better finish and applied two coats. So far, the floor looks great.

Mike from Nex flooring visited our home and listened to our requests and described in detail how his team would perform the requested work. He even offered his professional opinion in selecting products and types of finishes. Once the project was accepted, the team arrived on time and was professional. We asked Mike to lay solid wood flooring down in our living and family room and an upstairs hallway and to refinish our living room and stairs. Mike's team worked quickly and worked with other contractors to complete the job in time. Once the job was completed, the finished product exceeded our expectations. The team was meticulous and completed the job in the time promised. During the job, the team encountered a problem with our stairs. The stairs had carpeting on them and the previous owners had used a cleaner or chemicals which had discolored the wood on the stairs. Mike made us aware of the problem and offered solutions. One solution they offered did not work out as planned, however instead of simply walking away and telling us that was our problem to deal with, they offered up suggestions to fix without additional cost to us. Mike and his team made multiple trips to our home and helped us resolve the damage to the stairs. They returned and cleaned up the damage to the stairs without having to replace the wood on the stairs. The finished product turned out great and Nex Flooring stayed within the quote they provided. Mike and his team went above and beyond to complete our project. He was great to work with and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a contractor who refuses to leave a site until the homeowner is completely satisfied.

We needed new flooring in the future nursery. The issue was getting it installed quickly, as I was due in about 6 weeks. Mike, the owner, came out right away to give a quote. He was polite and thorough in answering all my questions. I was very pleased with the quoted price as well, which included pulling up the carpet and providing the underfloor. He promised to schedule us right away once our wood was delivered, (We were providing our own flooring), and he followed through on that promise. The installation took one day and was completed 2 weeks before our little one arrived. It looks beautiful. Also, they adhered to the estimate perfectly. The only thing not yet done is the finishing piece at the top of the stairs, which I still have to order and then schedule with Nex to install.

Nex was great - they refinished the hardwood floors thanks to a dishwasher leak. Process took 2 days, they kept the dust down to almost zero, and it looks great!

The company was very good, very efficient, and did everything that they said they would. I will definitely call him again for re-polishing.

Process took several days to move furniture, tear up carpeting, install new hardwood flooring, then detailed multi step sanding to remove old stain and polyurethane. Prepared a dozen different stain choices on kitchen floor to allow us to choose new stain color, then finish sanded all areas, applied stain throughout, then 3 coats of Loba waterbased finish. After dried and buffed, all furniture returned to original locations.

Nex Flooring did a great job of refinishing my floors. Highly responsive and were willing to take the extra time to do the job right. The team was very willing to work around our schedule which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend!

The provider was very responsive and got back to me quickly. I ended up using someone else as they were able to meet me in 24 hours and start the work within a week but I thought Nex was very professional and responsive to all my questions.

Very organized and professional start to finish. I changed dates two times and they worked with me just fine. On the day they recommended against a project and when it came time to pay he said pay whatever I thought was appropriate since they did less work then originally planned. Floors turned out terrific and they were a pleasure to work with.

Our refinished floor is spectacular. We would certainly use Nex Flooring again. We were planning to replace our carpet but then decided to refinish the floors shortly before our new furniture was to be delivered. We reviewed Angie's List and found Nex Flooring, which was family owned and highly rated. I called Mike to get an estimate, and he came over the same day. The estimate seemed reasonable based on what we read on Angie's List. Since we had a short timeframe, we scheduled the work without getting any other estimates. The day before the start date we had a family emergency and had to postpone the job. Because of our lack of availability, it looked like the job would be delayed for almost two months. Luckily for us, Mike was able to squeeze us in, added an extra person to the crew, and finished the job in one day with time to spare before the new furniture arrived. He suggested replacing our metal floor registers with recessed oak ones that would be stained to match the floor. They look great! So glad we followed his advice. We were amazed by how little dust was created with the use of their containment system. A few areas required a little dusting like you would expect with a weekly cleaning. Also, they helped move several pieces of furniture into a different room and came back the next day to move pieces back. The crew was professional and very friendly, making for a pleasant experience. We are glad we chose Nex Flooring.

I would have this team back in a hearbeat. They were amazing, easy to work with, very honest and open to questions and suggestions. They were professional, on time and cleaned up to the point of you would never have known all the work that was done each day! The kept me in the loop all through the process and we talked throughout each day to make sure everything was the way I wanted. Mike brought samples to my house first and was great at suggesting different manufacturers, brought me samples more than once until I found one I loved. I absolutely love my new floors and could not be more pleased with the quality and the process.

I can't say enough about this company....everyone that I had contact with was awesome! They are punctual, knowledgable, and their attention to detail is outstanding. Beyond that, they stand behind their work. We had one minor issue that I emailed Mike about. He responded immediately and came to my house within days to fix the issue. If you choose to go with this company, you won't be sorry - the workmanship and the price can't be beat!!!

We are totally pleased with the workmanship and customer service of Nex flooring. They were fast, efficient and pleasant to deal with. It took a total of 2 1/2 days to complete the job. We removed our old carpeting, tack strips, etc ourselves., but our floors did require leveling in certain areas and they handled that aspect of the job. (We had already purchased the bamboo flooring.) I would not hesitate to recommend Nex flooring. We are really happy with our new floors, and the positive experience makes us glad that we went with them. No regrets here. Excellent workmanship and it shows. If I could give them an A++, I would.
