Nex Flooring

Accidentally burned 6 planks of hardwood flooring with paint remover. Acknowledged responsibility and made several appointments to fix the floor but never came back.

Can’t say enough good things. Good competitive price. Work excellent. Communication terrific. Encountered a problem and solved it—didn’t really need to take on. Refloored white oak hardwood flooring in a leaky toilet powder room. Looks great. Matches well. Described project and carried thru just as indicated. Polite and clean.

I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Mike and his team were reliable, trustworthy, careful, patient, cost conscious, and extremely helpful. I purchased a condo in May and even in a time crunch before move in they made my dream floors happen! Admittedly, I do not have an eye for design and Mike helped me decide what I wanted by showing photos of past work and lending insight on modern trends. I would recommend Mike and Nex Flooring without a doubt.

Mike and his crew were excellent. He came out before the job began to talk us through the various steps and lay out the time frame for when work would be completed. Once the work began, he kept us up-to-date with how things were going, and always asked questions about detail-oriented steps rather than just assuming. If there were any changes to be made to the work and/or the timeline, that was always communicated well, and he quickly and courteously answered any questions we had throughout the process. We would hire Nex Flooring again in a heartbeat!

We were totally satisfied. The whold process was explained at our first meeting. They showed up when they said they would, were totally professional and even came back to install the thresholds when we were ready for it. We are going to use Nex Flooring for our living room floor when we are ready.

Floors look great and clean up was thorough

Outstanding. This is the second time we had them install woods floors. The first time it was refurbish old floors and add wood to living room. Now it was tear out tile and carpet and add new wood floors to family room and sunroom.

This family business did a great job refinishing our kitchen and foyer floors. They were punctual, organized, and accommodated us walking through the affected rooms at times. Mike discussed the health impact of the low VOC products they use. They covered all the cabinets, windows and doorways so that the dust was minimal and gave clear instructions on the maintenance of the floors. We are very pleased with their work.

It could not have gone better. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with. They were very professional. They were considerate of our needs as we moved everything from one room to the next as the installation proceeded. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The new floors look beautiful. Nex Flooring guys are very professional and did a wonderful job refinishing our floor. We had scratched our floor a two weeks after they completed the job moving our heavy furniture. Mike came out to fix our floor for us at no charge. They are very responsive and care about what they do and their clients. I highly recommend those guys! I would definitely hire them for a job again in the future.

Mike and Constantine did a fantastic job. We had carpet in our living room and den. We always wanted to get wood floors but worried about dust and cost. I wish we had done this years ago. Nex Flooring was awesome. Mike came and measured and got an estimate to me right away. He answered all of my many questions. He delivered the wood ahead of time. We started the day he said we would. Constantine was there on time every day. Both of them helped us move the heavy furniture (and helped put it back too). They told me what to put on my furniture so it wouldn't scratch my new floors. The biggest thing for me was how absolutely clean they were, no dust! They have a system that prevents it from blowing all over your house. That was always one of my biggest worries as I had friends tell me horror stories. Nex did such a great job, we are saving up to do our family room. Thank you Nex Flooring!

Perfect. 4 easy steps. 1. Made appointment to schedule estimate. 2. Estimate received. 3. Schedule installation date. 4. Installed new flooring. The process was absolutely painless. Mike was on time, responsive and professional. Constantine (installed) was on time, neat and extremely helpful (helped carry old carpet and padding to garage).

The wood was delivered on Friday. The installation of the wood began on Monday. The Installation was finished on Tuesday and one finishing coat was put on the wood. The last two coats were put on Wednesday morning. The job was finished at noon on Wednesday. They did extra work to make the treads deeper. The stairs are now easier and safer to go down. They used extra material to make the treads deeper but charged us no additional amount.

They were so nice and went above an beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. They even offered to come back and do the transitions between other carpet/tile flooring for free because they don't like how others do it. They were quick and friendly, I couldn't be happier with their services!

everything went smoothly--these guys were very professional, came on time, and were extra careful about our walls, etc. They cleaned up nicely, paid attention to details, and the floors look great! We definitely recommend!

Mike and team did a great job on our hardwood floors. We went from a dark walnut to gray and they turned out wonderful. Mike was very responsive, professional, and paid good attention to detail. I would definitely hire them again!

there were a couple of errors. the contractor tried to resolve them

The service and quality was excellent and I highly recommend Mike & his team! The amount of dust was minimal and the flooring dried quickly so we did not have to vacate the premises while the majority of our floors were being worked on. They also installed a border around the dining room that turned out very nice. There were a few areas on the border that did not settle in well but Mike came back to sand and refinish it promptly. They were prompt, professional, do quality work and did it quickly. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
