Dave was professional and extremely responsive. Very knowledgeable about our 25 year old machines and diagnosed the issues with both in a few minutes. He fixed the dryer the same day - in less than an hour and had to order a part for our washer. He had the part available the next day and called us with to confirm when he would be out to finish the job, which was the next day. Overall, would highly recommend him - fantastic!

Dave called me about 10 minutes after sending a message on Angie's list. Mind you this was on a friday around 5:30PM. I explained I have two kids under two and their milk was in the 'fridge and could he come by tomorrow morning. To my astonishment he agreed to meet me at 8AM at my house. I thought there was no chance he could do it so soon but he was able to squeeze me in. By 9:30 AM he had run to the part store and already fixed the issue, a burnt out circuit breaker. He even called to check on me the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. 10/10 would use again.

Dave was great. He came out the same day I called and was able to immediately diagnose the problem with our washer. Dave provided a lot of good advice about our options for repair vs replacement. Based on the age of the washer and the cost of the repair he strongly recommended replacement rather than push for a repair and bigger service fee for himself. This speaks very highly of Dave's integrity. I would definitely use Dave's services again for anything that comes up in the future.

Our dryer wasn’t heating up. I called Dave after finding him on Angie’s list. He came out within hours of my first call and repaired the dryer in about 45 minutes. The price he quoted was what he charged (no surprise charges). He was professional, answered our questions & explained everything he was doing. He was very friendly & kind with us and our children. I would absolutely use him again & would recommend him to others!

Called Dave on Sat morning. As a nearby business he was able to work me into his schedule. He arrived when he said he would, quickly figured out the problem AND had the right part in his truck. Repair complete. Since the machine was already apart, he took a couple extra minutes to clean some normally hidden parts, too. My wife really liked that. Excellent work!

Called Dave at around 3:30 am on Saturday and left a message that our refrigerator was leaking water and had stopped cooling. He called back early that same morning and was there soon after. The frig is 20 years old and we did not think it could be fixed. But Dave did it. He had the parts and fixed it that morning. Thank you so much.

Dave was great! He was able to squeeze us in late in the day on Friday. He called when he was on his way. Showed up on time and went right to work. Dave is great at explaining what is wrong and how he’ll fix it. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He fixed our dryer in about an hour and it runs great. I would recommend Dave for sure

Dave was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our dryer was unrepairable but he gave me advice on where to get a new one at a fair price and offered to come back help hook it up if we needed to. Also the service fee to look at it was very reasonable. I'll never call Sears again.

He explains what he is doing and always talks cost before work begins. Dave was able to fix the leak by replacing a part for the automatic defrost of the freezer. He defrosted the ice build up in the freezer replace the part and cleaned everything up. I’m very grateful for his professional work
