Description of Work: They had to ask for some supplies and they did some damage to a light fixture.

Description of Work: furniture was dusted with a swiffer product. I could have done that.things were not moved when dusting on flat surface. blinds in bathroom were broken more when they opened them. Kitchen was good with the second worker. |They were "done" within 3 hours and I asked them to go down in the den to clean as long as they had time and the floor was not swept under the table. |They were done within the 3 hours and were paid for 4 hours. On the way out I noticed that a long piece of furniture was dusty and not cleaned in my dining room.

Description of Work: They came to clean a 2 bedroom apartment, 2 bathroom. 2 people came, one of them was extremely professional and required minimal supervision. The other person needed more supervision. They spoke almost no English and in some instances this posed a challenge. Also, the providers don't bring the cleaning materials, they have to be provided to them. But for the amount of work that was involved they did a great job and worked non-stop and very hard. My suggestion would be that they learned basic English or just enough to communicate with the person hiring then so that it is not a struggle to communicate as it will make the process go by more smoothly.

Description of Work: The cleaners were late, quite a bit late, but I was their second stop of the day. They were very thorough, and quick. They worked very hard in a hard situation. I'd recommend using them.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Anna's and I have been satisfied both times. They have always been on time, if not a few minutes early. I was completely satisfied with their cleaning.

Description of Work: They did a very good job for the most part and I will hire them again. |I was a little disappointed that I had to provide all the supplies, but I believe they will use their own if you request it (I was unaware of it at the time). |One problem that I did run into was that some of the dishes left out were cleaned while others were not. They also tried to clean some cast iron cookware with soap and water.
