Crew always arrives on time and cleans house thoroughly

Poorly. While the team was very nice, I spent almost 3 hours after they left, cleaning what they neglected to do. They literally didn't dust or clean the dining room table, chairs or breakfront at all and the dusting in the other rooms was shoddy and incomplete, the kitchen and bathroom floors were still dirty, dried food was still stuck to the rack in the kitchen sink and on my kitchen counter, small bathroom rugs were left unshaken or not vacuumed, and my wood floors were still filthy, just to name a few of the problems. I had used Anna's before and got a stellar team so I expected the quality would be similar to my previous experience. Unfortunately, he women who had previously cleaned my home had left the company and apparently not all teams have an equal level of expertise.

I contacted Anna’s on short notice, I live out of state and my elderly father had fallen ill and went to the hospital. I am so glad I did, they were AMAZING. The women did an excellent job- they were thorough, professional, and considerate (I was working from his home and changing rooms/floors as they came through). They were quiet, considerate of me trying to juggle zoom calls, and went above and beyond trying to work around me. I am beyond thrilled at how clean and lovely his home was when they were done, and the responsiveness and flexibility in coming through on such short notice, I am beyond impressed. Highly recommend!

I initially contacted Anna’s Maids cleaning service following back surgery that limited my mobility. I was not allowed to bend at the waist or lift more than eight pounds. I was so pleased with the quality of service that I have continued having them clean my home for a little over two years now. During that time several different crews have been assigned and every crew has performed well. The crew members have been very hard workers and have done any task I requested, such as vacuuming under the bed or helping me pull my dining room table apart to put in a leaf. It has been my experience that the crew members (both male and female) are very anxious to be certain I am completely satisfied with the quality of their work, which I appreciate very much. The only difficulty I have experienced involved communicating with the crew members because English has not been their native language. I had an idea that worked out very well for us for my most recent cleaning and I don’t know why I didn’t think of it earlier. Using my iPad and “Google Translate” I typed some information I wanted them to know and the program translated it into Ukrainian or Polish - whatever I specified. They understood everything instantly and even typed a short message to me that got translated into English. There was no struggling to explain and no guessing what each other said. All of us were happy that we were truly communicating, and together, we figured out a different product to use in the kitchen and I love how well it turned out. The man who schedules the cleaning crews and sends the bill via email or text has been delightful to work with. He makes the effort to schedule a crew on one of my preferred dates and at my preferred time. The lighting in my house is best in the morning so scheduling early makes a big difference in being able to see dust and things. The same man follows up to be sure that I am pleased with how my house was cleaned. When I completed the very first satisfaction survey, I mentioned that I don’t like to leave my credit card information online - and within minutes of my having submitted the survey, he was on the phone with me and offered an alternative, i.e., PayPal. That type of follow-up and service is very rare. The cleaning at my house has been superb. Everything is left shining and gleaming. Anna’s Maids even offers a guarantee that they will re-clean (within a certain timeframe) any area that doesn’t meet with the customer’s approval. I would be surprised if any customer has requested a re-cleaning because the quality of service is so very excellent. I can honestly say that Anna’s Maids goes “the extra mile” from scheduling to the actual cleaning to the follow-up. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate my satisfaction with Anna’s Maids an eleven!

Went well, except for the price, a little high for this 91 year old widow. My two ladies who were ill, charge $75.00 for the same excellent work and also change bedding for me.

Very professional - they wear masks and gloves, use disinfectant products to clean. All surfaces are done very well and I am picky about bathrooms and kitchens. Highly recommended They have cleaned my home every two weeks for years

The cleaning lady was 40 minutes late and she did an awful job. I literally had to tell her to clean in particular areas that most cleaning companies would have done. I told her to wash the dishes and place them in the dishwasher and after I checked, she placed all dirty dishes inside and did NOT start the machine. I absolutely would NEVER use them or refer them again! Quality was beyond poor.

I have had Anna’s maids clean my house many times. I have had Joanna and Paul the last couple times and they are the best crew. In the past I have had some issues with crews being late for appointments, but Joanna and Paul are always on time or even early. It is a little pricey but they do a great job!

The 2 ladies did an amazing job. I'm 8 months pregnant so cleaning is getting very difficult. The crew cleaned everything beyond my expectations. I'm pretty hard to please, and they didn't disappoint. I look forward to booking them again.

The experience was wonderful. I had search for over a year to find replacements for my previous team. The dilemma...I had my previous team for over 10 years. Due to health reason, my favorite ladies decide to retire. Having such a long history with one team...it was difficult to find replacement. Anna's team member gave me hope. They arrived on time and ready to work. They didn't need a tour. Just asked a couple of questions and off they went..from top to bottom, my home was finally looking back to normal. The did an awesome job!! I will recommend them to several of my social club and organization throughout the city. Needless to say...we all used the same cleaning team. My home is approx. 3000 sqft. of living space.

Very well. Appointment was done when I was not at home. When I came in from work I walked into a lovely clean home. Such a great job. I will always call on Anna's Maids when I need my house cleaned.

I was 8months pregnant and hired them for a one time deep cleaning. I showed them everything I wanted done before I left for work. Came home to everything half a**ed cleaned... I had to re-wash everything and they still charged me full price!

We had an open house scheduled on short notice so we need cleaning quickly. I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for that Friday. The two cleaners showed up on time (ahead of time actually) and got right to work. They finished in less time than was originally estimated so the work wound up being less expensive than I had planned. Everything was cleaned very well. Paul and Joanna did a great job. I would certainly hire them again.

They were very friendly, professional and courteous. The house looked and smelled great! This was supposed to be one time only but I will have them back.

They did a very good service, but they sent different people all the time. Also, there's a time that they came unexpectedly.
