Description of Work: Have a huge basement (ranch style home) with a linoleum floor that is just to big for me to tackle. The ladies were on time, quiet, polite and did an excellent job. This is the second time I've used them and will do so again in the future.

Description of Work: The service was hired to clean an apartment prior to tenants moving in. They were thorough and cleaned all rooms to the satisfaction of the new tenants.

Description of Work: Excellent communication on scheduling with phone, text, email. Changed timing once on a same day and confirmed with us. Gave us reasonable notification on when crew are coming, I provided my mobile and requested to text us. 2 person came, knew what they are doing, enjoyed their work, confident.

Description of Work: They ended up needing to reschedule and I had changed my work schedule. That wasn't great. They did show up on time the next time. I was taken back by the fact that they send 4 women. Only 1 seemed to speak English and not very well. They were extremely nice and worked quickly. I think almost too quickly. They missed a little but it seems like they were somewhat overwhelmed with workload which is a good thing for the business. I would use them again most likey for my condo which I rent and the house. It was clean.

Description of Work: The first time I used them they had to change the day which they called the night before and said someone called in sick. understanding I rescheduled- they were over two hours late. (Which I changed my work schedule to accommodate) with no communication--they did do a decent job cleaning so I decided to give them a second chance. This time they were over an hour late and I paid for a 2 hour cleaning and they left with in just under an hour and a half with dust on the dressers and TV stand that I could find right away. Supposedly, the owner has agreed to refund me. When that happens I will continue this review with a little positive feedback.

Description of Work: I contacted them asking if one of the Angie List's deals could be used for move-out services. It could not, but I did get the $10 first-time customer discount. I scheduled the cleaning for 10 a.m. | |Around 9:20 a.m., I got a voice mail saying that the maids might be up to a half hour late. I received a text message at 9:22 a.m. saying that they will be running up to 1 hour late - "I hope that is still ok for you." | |9:25 a.m. - "I hope they will be late not more then 30 min , if more I will contact you with more details." | |10:34 a.m. - "Team should be in about 15-20 min." They offered me what seems to me a poor compensation for my time, $5, off. | |The team of three arrived at 11:02 a.m., which meant I spent a long time that morning sitting on the porch waiting for cleaners to arrive. Had I not had a flexible morning, I would not have been able to let them in to clean. | |The cleaners apologized briefly, and repeated that they had run late with the previous cleaning, but again, no one seemed to understand that an hour late, even with some notification, is not acceptable. | |On the plus side, the landlord reported that they did a good job cleaning the apartment, so there's that, at least, and made it a little less galling to pay for their service. Despite this, I will not be hiring them again. I didn't get the sense that they understood the importance of timeliness.

Description of Work: They are impossible to schedule the service. Every single date proposed (over 9 different dates) were rejected. It like I work for them. Am very disappointed and wasted $180 for this. Complete ripoff an won't be using Angie's list any more.

Description of Work: Anna's Maids has done a great job cleaning our house. They come every two weeks and leave our house fresh and clean. They have given our house order and cleanliness that I can't provide anymore due to new job responsibilities. Anna is very quick to reply to emails, texts and phone calls. She always follows up to see if we're satisfied with the work her team has done.

Description of Work: This house-cleaning service did a fine job, but I would not say it was totally thorough (e.g., fingerprint smudges on commonly used doors). I was most surprised that they did not follow up and offering ongoing services. My long-time service recently closed with the retirement of its owner, and I was looking to test a potential long-term successor. The lack of any follow up communications convinced me that this was not a firm looking to establish a relationship beyond this one-shot deal.

Description of Work: they arrived 2.5 hours late and rushed through the service. 2 of the 3 people were good. The main office was terrific.
