Description of Work: I can't remember the exact date last time. We have used them on several occasions. They clean my floors in a duplex condo. We have 2 bathrooms that are cleaned thoroughly. Our kitchen is scrubbed down. They dusted the pictures and bookcases. I believe it goes well, because we ask for specific things. A good example is please don't clean in the guest room. It works out well.

Description of Work: I hired Anna's to clean a condo between tenants. I described what needed to be done on the phone (heavy cleaning including grimy appliance cleaning and top of ceiling fan fixtures) and Dariusz seemed to be paying close attention and quoted a very reasonable price of $155. What was actually done was light cleaning. When I called her she was apologetic and immediately sent the cleaners back to do what had been missed. She charged me the total estimated, $155. I'd use them again.
