Description of Work: Home cleaning. These two women were outstanding. We needed a heavy clean - baseboards, etc. and they were thorough, careful, and a pleasure to have in house. We are very picky and they exceeded expectations.

Description of Work: Two women showed up at the agreed upon time. I just quickly went over what areas to clean and they got right to work. They did a great job, cleaned all the rooms, dust, vacuum, mopped the tile and hardwood floors, bathrooms, wiped down kitchen area and stovetop. I was really happy with the result and they were very pleasant!

Description of Work: The two maids were supposed to do deep cleaning of the bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom was not scrubbed really well, the shower tile was not even touched. In the kitchen the floor was still dirty after they had mopped it. My definition a deep cleaning is to mop it and then scrub it if needed on your hands and knees to get the remaining grime.I would classify the work is more of a light dusting rather than a deep cleaning. Fairly dissatisfied with the experience. Also, the maids were almost 15 minutes late and did not adjust the charge for that amount. I called the office while they were still here and they politely fixed the charge for me.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 bedrooms,3 baths, changed linen on 3 beds, vacuumed 3 rooms, cleaned wood floors in living room, dining room, and kitchen. Cleaned kitchen, dusted the living room. The dusting included the window seals and base boards in 6 rooms.All mirrors were cleaned too. Also they btooknout the garbage.
