Description of Work: Cleaned my home top to bottom. Left it spotless. I have two dogs and a lot of artwork and stuff, everything was beautiful. I didnt have to explain what clean meant. I've hired them on a regular basis

Description of Work: Cleaning service was adequate but one of the maids flushed a whole rag down our toilet to dispose it. This over-flowed our toilet and created a costly plumbing issue after they left. The service covered the cost of the mishap, but we had to clean the bathroom ourselves. Most importantly it is hard to understand how an experienced maid could make such a unprofessional common sense error.

Description of Work: they cleaned for the 3 hours that I had paid for although there did seem to be some confusion at the end about if I was paying them or if they had already been paid. The manager called before they had left and they ended up talking to her to straighten things out.

Description of Work: Hired them for a move-in apartment cleaning. They initially wanted to charge an extra fee for the move-in, stating they would need to do more thorough cleaning. However, after negotiating, they honored the big deal from angie's list. The cleaners did an okay job, but were ready to leave at least 15 minutes before the end of the 2-hour window promised with the cleaning job, instead of working the entire time. There were several areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, including the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Not sure if this was because I did not pay the extra move-in fee or not. Would have to consider if would use them again or not, there are too many other cleaning services around.

Description of Work: Essentially nothing. Did not send agreed upon crew. Did not clean house per expextations. They washed dishes and left a bowl of granola cereal on counter without tossing and cleaning. Left dropp food at bottom of refriderator. |They made the beds. Appeared they did not use cleaning agents in kitchen and bathrooms. did not mop and clean floor in basement bathroom as i instructed. They unpluged 3 glade scented from walls. Goofed off at front door for nearly 10 minutes like children. Left clean clothes on bean bag n my son's bedroom. Undusted bedroom chest. |Needson'say more?
