OUR HOME NEVER LOOKED AS GOOD AS WHEN HELENA AND EVA, FINISHED. DARECK, SAID IT WOULD TAKE 3 HOURS. THE GIRLS ARRIVED AT 9:00, AND FINISHED PROMPTLY AT 12:00. THEY WERE QUIET AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ACTUALLY DID MORE THAN EXPECTED.

15 minutes late due to high traffic, but courteous enough to call and let me know. The ladies were so nice and courteous. Very hard workers. Price very fair. Also, this company returns your calls in a timely fashion and works to set up a time that is accommodating.

Both ladies were friendly and worked very hard. I would definitely recommend them. I plan to use their service regularly.

I liked the two Annas from the moment I met them. They were so nice and polite. Even though we had other estimates that were lower in price than Anna's Cleaning, my husband and I choose them because they made things so easy for us. They have a wonderful demeanor.

Great experience! I was in a pinch this morning and needed someone in today. I called Derek and within hours they were here and did a wonderful job. They are professional, courteous and careful. I highly recommend Anna's Cleaning.

Anna's Cleaning did a great job. Derek fit me in at the last minute. The two cleaners were on time and very polite and professional. The cost was $15/hr per person and I had a $10 off coupon for a first time cleaning. The price was better than what I was quoted by two other companies and I was very happy with the work performed. I would definately use them again.

I spoke to Derek on the phone and made the appointment. He called the day before to confirm and the 2 ladies arrived right on time to the minute! They were pleasant and efficient. We have a 1 bedroom condo we are getting ready to rent and it hadn't been cleaned for some time. Very pleasant to do business with. Very reasonable price. If I lived in this condo I would use this service again.

Our experience with Anna and Anna was dynamite. Derek returned my initial phone call immediately and we scheduled an appointment. My husband didn't want me to hire anyone to scrub our new home b/c he felt that nobody could meet our standards. Thankfully, he was wrong. Anna and Anna showed up early (6:50 am) and worked their tails off for 4 hours. They didn't miss a square inch of our sheetrock dust covered 3 story home! They were professional, thorough and took minimal direction. We agreed that they would come back in a few days to finish the other floors. Anna and Maria returned on a Saturday and picked up where they had left off. Again, they were terrific. I'm looking forward to having them come for maintenance cleaning once every 2 weeks.

Superior. On time. A tremendous value. Cordial, professional, polite, friendly and thorough. Anna and her partner are absolutely terrific - we've signed them up to come to our home once a week. A tremendous experience. Far better than any other service we've ever hired.

These ladies were great. As many others said, they came in took their coats off, picked up the supplies and went to work. Very polite and courteous. Never had a maid before, so we didn't know what to expect, but this was a great experience. They're paid by the hour, and they'll do whatever you do or don't want, so there's little chance you won't get your money's worth.

I have been searching for a cleaning service for a while and finally called Derek on Friday and requested service for the weekend. I received the Angie's list $10 off for first time users. He called me back promptly to confirm that someone was available on such short notice. Derek called about 1/2 hour after Anna left to follow-up to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely hire them on a regular basis moving forward and have already provided a business card to a friend.

The two Annas came out and gave me a quote based on both of them returning to clean my home. They were pleasant and were able to schedule a time within two days to come back and clean my home. When they arrived to clean, they were prompt and got right to work. They did an excellent job, and I work from home, so they were great about me being here and dictating when I needed them not to vacuum, so that I could place phone calls. The place looks wonderful, and I will be having them back regularly. They cleaned all of my home - bedroom, den, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dusted loads of surfaces that are typically neglected. Very happy. They charge by the hour, and think it will probably be less the subsequent times they clean my place.

I called on Monday to make appointment and they were able to work me in the next day. They came in, were very nice and worked like I had never seen before. Our house has not looked this good in so long. I can't wait for them to be back in 2 weeks. Thanks ladies!

I found them professional, hardworking, and very efficient. My condo is 1300 square feet and they did an excellent job. If I could afford to have them more often, I would. I will not wait another two years, that is for sure!

They were absolutely excellent! My only fear is that my positive review will encourage so many people to hire them that they will no longer have time to clean my house. Seriously, they are great.

The 2 Anna's have come to clean our 3 BR, 2.5 BA ranch house twice now. Each time they arrived on time, and went to work the minute they took their coats off. They worked quietly and diligently for 3 hours without stopping. They speak English and are extremely professional and hardworking. We will be having them clean our home now on a regular basis FOR SURE. They are a pleasure to be around, and my husband and I are both extremely impressed with them.

The two Annas who came to do the cleaning were punctual, extremely polite, pleasant, and paid great attention to detail like dusting hard to reach areas, cleaning thoroughly under the beds and couches where possible, and diligently taking off all hard water stains on plumbing fixtures.

THEY HAVE BEEN JUST FANTASTIC. THEY CALL TO CONFIRM EACH TIME, SHOW UP ON TIME, AND CLEAN LIKE CRAZY! EVERYTHING IS SO CLEAN, WE KEEP ON DISCOVERING LITTLE CLEAN ''SURPRISES.'' WE WILL KEEP USING THEM AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I CALLED ON MONDAY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT ME IN ON THURSDAY. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HIRING THEM, AND THEY WERE VERY NICE AND DID A GREAT JOB. IT TOOK THEM 4 HOURS. I THOUGHT ON THE PHONE THEY TOLD ME IT WAS $15/HR(WHICH IS UNUSUALLY INEXPENSIVE), BUT IT TURNS OUT THEY WERE $15/HR PER PERSON. I DID THINK THAT $15 MIGHT HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE, BUT I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE KNOWN OVER THE PHONE. THEY SAID THE FIRST TIME USUALLY TAKES LONGER, SO NEXT TIME IT WONT BE AS MUCH. IF THAT IS THE CASE, THEN THE COST WOULD END UP BEING ABOUT THE SAME AS MOST OTHER SERVICES.

THEY WERE GREAT, ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND HARD WORKING!!! THEY CLEANED AS THOUGH IT WAS THEIR OWN HOUSE. WE DECIDED TO USE THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS (EVERY TWO WEEKS).

I HAVE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH ANNA'S CLEANING. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE, PROFESSIONAL, CAREFUL AND TRUSTWORTHY. WHEN I REQUIRE SPECIAL CLEANING SERVICES THEY ARE EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. WHAT I LIKE THE MOST ABOUT THEM IS THEY THINK WHILE THEY CLEAN AND IF SOMETHING NEEDS CLEANING IT GETS CLEANED. THEY ARE FAST, THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT. I HAVE HAD OTHER CLEANING SERVICES AND HAVE NEVER BEEN AS PLEASED AS I AM WITH ANNA'S.
