Anna's Maids

I would say they are a pretty typical and very reasonably priced service. There have been occasionally some details that have needed to be worked out because of a language barrier but other than that they are a good service. Overall a great value.

Everything was great! Two ladies very professional did an amazing job, and they even asked if I needed anything else done before leaving. The best decision ever to hire this company.

It went well and each cleaning session seems to go a little better than the last, as the crew learns my preferences as to cleaning methods and supplies. Anna's always sends very good crews of at least two cleaners. I appreciate that Anna's sends crews of two as the work goes much faster that way. The crews are also detail oriented which I appreciate. Maria and Juana are a good team and receptive to my direction. They did a great job on my front deck and I am hoping to have their help cleaning the garage too. It's always a challenge finding good help but with Anna's I haven't had to look any further.

I had scheduled a move-in cleanup since we just recently bought this new home. The day of the appointment, the company representative tried to reschedule my job for two different times during the day. I agreed to let them start at a slightly later time but then a couple of hours before the appointment, the rep texted me informing me that they had to cancel the appointment since one of the crew members had personal issues. This was disappointing as I already had asked for the day off from work but decided to keep working with them after they offered a discount. I was able to reschedule for the next day (which I also took off from work) but it was only after going through a couple more of schedule iterations as the rep kept providing me with different times which the crew could show up. We finally landed on a specific time after I had asked them to please stop changing the time. The final terms were 2-3 hours of cleaning with a crew of three people. While this whole issue was unfortunate, the rep was pretty responsive to all messages and kept me informed. They did apply a discount although I had to request additional cleaning to get close to fulfill the close-to-three hours I was quoted. The crew that showed up was punctual, professional, and were quick to clean the house as they finished in about two hours. I did request extra work since I felt some areas did not look as clean as I expected them to be. They did a decent superficial clean but I felt like the house needed a much deeper clean than it received; particularly when I had ordered a "move-in" clean that I believe goes for a higher rate. Upon closer inspection, there were still many areas that appeared slightly dusty and it just did not feel like a true move-in clean. The bathrooms seemed like they received a quick wipe instead of an actual clean as some of the bathtubs still had some stains and debris. The floors were "moped" with a Swiffer several times instead of an actual mop. Some of the closet shelves had debris in them as well. I really wanted to make this work with Anna's Maids, particularly after reading all of the positive reviews here. Unfortunately the clean did just not meet my expectations for a move-in clean and felt more like a quick touch up.

They were very professional, punctual, courteous and thorough. Thought overall they did an excellent job cleaning the whole house, and the prices were fair considering how much time they spent to get everything to where it needed to be.

They have been cleaning my houses for a little over a year and I have had few complaints with their service. I oftentimes ask them to focus on certain rooms/areas of the house, and they make sure to do a thorough job in those areas. It is easy to schedule appointments, and I have only had issues with them being late on a couple of occasions. Additionally, the woman who handles the scheduling is very friendly and treats her customers very well.

Great! They were quick to schedule us due to the nature of our flooding issue. The house was cleaned thoroughly even in difficult circumstances.

Anna's Maids is a wonderful company to work with! Trying to schedule services from long distance is not always easy but it was with Anna's Maids. They were very responsive with messages, answered all of my questions, arrived on time, and reached out to us when they had questions as we were not able to be on site. It's so nice to know everything will be fresh and clean for us when we move in. Thank you for the great work!

The girls were great! They were on-time and got the job done earlier than expected.

Two women came and they worked quickly and did an efficient job. They followed my instructions regarding which cleaning products to use and not to use. They were punctual and spoke English. They said it would take them 3 hours and it did. The cleaning was more expensive than what we are used to for cleaning our home, but that is our only complaint. It was $160, and we are accustomed to paying approx. $100.

Nadia and Kristina were punctual, personable and did a really good job. Will hire them again.

The ladies were EARLY! I love that they showed up early and hit the ground working immediately. There was a slight issue with the stainless steel facade of the refrigerator and once Maria looked at it a second time, she immediately re-cleaned the surface. All garbage was wrapped and taken with them--a nice plus when you want everything OUT OF THE HOUSE. My only issue is that I wish the windows were done both inside and out. My windows are the type that easily fold into the room to be cleaned. Maybe I was being presumptuous. Overall, extremely pleased with the quality of work, the timeliness and politness of the entire experience.

Called the team on Monday, May 29th to schedule a deep cleaning for my home, after I had my son. The team came on the date requested of June 2nd and they sent 2 amazing ladies named Magda and Galyna! WOW!!! They cleaned our home so flawlessly within such a small amount of time, we were definitely amazed!! We will definitely use them again in a few weeks!

The two ladies that came to my house did a very nice job of cleaning. They worked hard for the time that they were at my house and I was very pleased with their services.

This is the only maid service I've used in Chicago but I don't plan to go anywhere else. They are very professional, thorough, and fast! No spot has been missed, even places I forget that collect dust and dirt. Our apartment always looks spotless and great! They even fold your laundry (if it's out in a pile like mine typically is) and wash your bed sheets/put them on! Highly recommend.

Service was good. They were polite and they did a good job cleaning the house. The coordinator was very responsive and answered her phone and return calls.

2 and half hour late from the original timing, but communicated so well with email, text to agree on changed plan that we are going with excellent.

This was the one where I was not as satisfied with the quality of the work and I was able to give them specific examples and they were very responsive. For what they do, they're very reasonably priced.

every time there was a different crew that showed. So we had to explain each time what to do and not to do. We were always home when the cleaning was performed and there were corners cut every time. Examples: Floors were not swept nor mopped in one instance. In another instance, an entire bathroom wasn't cleaned - we knew they were cleaned because we left buckets and baby tubs full of water and they were still there after the crew left with no water drops in the tub/shower. Found dirty floors in the bathrooms after multiple visits.
