Anna's Maids

Anna was relatively easy to work with regarding scheduling, and we were very pleased with their work. They were conscientious and detail-oriented.

As a gift for my daughter, I arranged for someone to clean specific rooms in their house before a luncheon she was giving. She and her husband both were dubious about someone else cleaning their home. Afterwards they were so pleased that they would like to have the same woman clean it again.

Agnus schedules and calls to confirm. She sends the same people to me each time, so they are learning the things we like, and where to find supplies they need. The women are very through and helpful. If we ever run across a language mis-understanding, they can call Agnus for a quick translation. This is the best cleaning service I've had.

Things went very well. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. After a brief introduction to our dog they asked for the cleaning supplies. I didn't realize (or maybe I just didn't remember) that they did not bring their own supplies. We rounded up what they needed and gave them a couple of special instructions and they got started. They worked tirelessly for three hours and the house looked great!

I recently switched from another company, because they couldn't accommodate the days/times I needed to clean. Anna Quality Cleaning was very accommodating and arranged for a twice-monthly cleaning time that fit into my schedule. They did a wonderful job...much better than the other company and I am thrilled that I made the switch!

Very well. I asked them to be thorough and not worry much about time. I wanted the kitchen and baths very clean for the next tenants. There were three girls who worked about three hours and left the place spotless. The kitchen was a particular concern of mine, but it was spotless when they were done.

Great experience. The workers were on time, efficient, and thorough. I'd definitely recommend.

Eva did a wonderful job! She was detail-oriented but efficient. It took her 5 hours to clean the entire place, which is likely more than will be usual because we hadn't had maid service for 3 months. Everything smelled, felt, and looked clean. I am pregnant and exhausted, and this service has really taken a load off. We signed up for every 2 weeks service.

It has been nearly two weeks and we have had no response. Her ratings are good, but Anna must not need the money or the business.

Very good; I have had many cleaning people in the past, Anna's was one of the best; very thorough; not afraid of my dogs, didn't rearrange everything so that we can't find it. Very prompt. I need help organizing and cleaning my busy household, and they provided it!

Anna was very responsive to my need for quick service, in retrospect, I really needed 2 or 3 workers but I assured her the day was more important. I really underestimated how much work it would be. The cleaning lady showed up right on time and worked without a break for 8 hours. Anna was right there on the other end of the phone to translate when needed.

Two people came out to clean my home. They did a quick scan of the house then got right to it. They worked very hard and were very thorough. They did a great job and I would use them again. UPDATE: After the third visit, I had suspicions that one of the workers was stealing, but she is no longer with the service. Nonetheless, I am happy to use them again because they come so highly recommended.

Editha and Judith are punctual and highly professional in their behavior. They clean thoroughly, are pleasant, and always seem to do their work with a smile.

We had some home repair done, and needed some good cleaning done. We saw Anna Quality in the Page of Happiness. She answered when I called, came when she said, and did a great job.

Overall, I was very happy and for about 2.5 years have been trying to find a service company that worked for our house. I feel that we have found it with Anna's service.

A razor in the shower fell and broke during the cleaning. The manager called me immediately to tell me. She suggested that the women not take the check; that I should assess the damage and pay next time. Very good customer service. We will use them on a regular basis. They are very accommodating as far as scheduling.

They have been to my condo 3 times so far and I've been nothing but happy and pleased with the service they have done. I was home the first time they cleaned to show them around, then the last two times they have come when I was at work. I left them notes on what to clean and what not to clean and all have been done to my satisfaction. I did give them keys to my condo; I feel they are trustworthy individuals. Agnes, the manager, is professional and prompt with returning phone calls. Overall I am very pleased and will continue to use their service.

Agnus, the point person was very professional on the phone. She set up a time for them to come at short notice. But when the two women came it went downhill. It was said that they could clean a 4 bed, 4 bath home without furniture in 6 hours - but when we returned home to find that they hadn't completed 2 baths and 2 bedrooms in 4 hours we were concerned. Especially when we found the previous owners hair in the bathtub! We called Agnus and she scheduled for them to come back for several more hours the next day. I am not sure what cleaning they did as the house looked exactly like it had. We spoke with Anna, who was also quite lovely, but despite their professionalism we paid double for a job that wasn't even half as good for again, to clean a house without furniture. I would NOT recommend them.

They did incredible work! I was a half hour late meeting the two women and they did not charge me for that time (even though I told them that they should). The work they did was great. The place is so clean and looks like new. I was kind of worried that since it was already pretty clean that they would just do a "once over" and charge me. They really listened to what I wanted and worked very hard to get the house clean. I am generally a pretty tough critic, but the job they did was awesome.

It went great overall. They arrived early, worked really hard, and gave my house a facelift. We tipped them; so at the end it was $185...a little pricey, but well worth the price for my circumstances.

Had to request cleaning materials, rags, mops, etc. Girls showed up on time and had a little communication problem but the job was done well.

Easy to schedule but team arrived 30 minutes early and complained that they had to wait (surprising, since we agreed on a time and I was 10 minutes early for that time). Language skills and issue (both spoken and written English). Crew used cleaning products inappropriately, i.e., an entire box of stainless steel wipes was used on the bathroom marble. No harm done, just expensive way to clean. One person from the team had to leave after 1 hour, and there was arguing between the 2 cleaning crew members, then Anna spoke with me to explain. Decent job; language a concern.

I was able to get an appointment on relatively short notice. Eva and Elizabeth arrived on time at 8:00 am. They could not have been nicer or more personable. I gave them a quick tour of my 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, and then I left for work. They did a thorough job of cleaning the entire place. I have arranged to have them back in 3 weeks.

Hard-working woman, with some English. Plan to set up regular cleaning with them when settled.
