Anna's Maids

The staff was punctual and very good. I actually had to go out and arrived a few minutes late, but they had the wisdom to wait a few minutes. The job was done efficiently and well. I will call them again.

We tried using Anna's for a couple of months. Unfortunately, they were not able to send the same people each time. The cleaning jobs ranged from good to okay, depending on the cleaning crew. There was one woman who cleaned by herself who did a great job, but she could only work mornings and we needed afternoons. One cleaning team broke our vacuum, then didn't tell us about it. My husband made several calls to the management to try to work out something, but gave up after a while. We ended up using another service instead. I know that Anna's tries to send the same team each time and they explained that it sometimes takes a while to get things to where they work smoothly. It just didn't work out for us the way we'd hoped.

They were very professional and they did a great job and they stayed busy the whole time. I would use them again and recommend them to any friends or any others.

I love them. They are very great and they do a very deep job. They are pricey, but it is very worth it. I would use them again and recommend them to others. There are just great.

I had asked them to bring their own cleaning supplies, but when they showed up they didn't have anything with them. They didn't have a vacuum. The house just didn't get clean. I asked them to do a deep clean and do things you don't do on a regular basis, but they didn't do any of that. They don't follow instructions very well.

I found them on Angie's List and decided to call them because they were rated #1. I told them when it would be the best time to come and they did accommodate me. They were here for an hour did a fine job.

When we called for an appointment, we were told that their schedule was busy, but we could have the last appointment on a Friday, at 4 P.M. The day of the appointment, the cleaners were late. My husband called twice to find out ETA, and no calls were returned. We had given up on anyone coming at all, when two women came to the door at 5 P.M. I told them that we were expecting them at 4 P.M., and they mumbled something about traffic, no apologies and no further explanation. I showed them the areas to be cleaned, and one woman asked where my supplies were. I was under the impression that they would bring their own, but I feel that was my fault for not asking about this when I made the appointment. As I was gathering the supplies, the other woman came into the room and, in a snotty tone, asked, "Where are the supplies?" I don't mind repeat questions, but I felt the tone was uncalled-for. I gave them what I had, including a large box of cloth rags, they seemed perturbed that I didn't have any paper towels. I had scheduled childcare for 4-5 P.M. so my sons would be out of the house while it was being cleaned. Because they were an hour late, my sons came home just as the women started cleaning, and my husband and I had to keep them out of the house for nearly two more hours. At nearly 6 P.M., they finished. As for the cleaning job, the dining room floor, which was really dirty, looked wonderful. The bathroom looked very good as well. The kitchen was so-so: The cabinets were not wiped down, and the front of the refrigerator was still dirty but the counters looked clean and the stove was gleaming. I also noticed cobwebs in places that they supposedly cleaned. They charged us only $75, which we think is because of the lateness and the incomplete job they did. I guess we got what we paid for, but we would have paid more for a good job, and a punctual, friendly staff. We won't be using Anna's services again.

They did not do the work that I wanted done. They came with only hand cleaner and no vacuum. They could not do the work properly because of their lack of equipment They came without mops to scrub with. They did clean what they could but they were working on a time schedule and had only so much time to do the work.

Appointment was scheduled for 10:30 or 11:00. I received a call at about 8:00 AM asking if they could arrive earlier due to a cancellation. They arrived about 9:30 and spent 2.25 hours cleaning. The broke one cup in the bathroom and I heard a number of other things fall to various floors and counters, though nothing else broke. They left significant mildew in the shower and did not replace things where they found them.

The first time she sent two women who cleaned my house from top to bottom in 2 1/2 hours. They were very efficient and did a fantastic job. I asked to be put on a monthly cleaning schedule. The second time she sent only one woman, so it took twice as long but she also did a great job. I was very pleased with the service and plan to continue having them come once a month.

I have been using Anna's cleaning for over a year now (although I use them on approximately a once-a-month basis) and I think they're outstanding. They're easily the best cleaning service I have used. Every time I come home I expect to be able to find some spot that was not perfectly cleaned, but I do not. Baseboards, corners, showers, etc., everything is spotless and they're great about putting away all cleaning supplies. I do not have a regular person who cleans but everyone they have sent (always a 2-person crew that typically cleans for 2 hours) has been polite (on the occasions I have been home) and great about following specific instructions concerning cleaning that I previously provided to the company. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially since I find them to be less expensive than other cleaning companies I have used who do not perform as well.

It started out absolutely great, but the quality of work deteriorated quickly after maybe 6-8 months. The beginning of the downfall was when they lost my house keys and declined my request to pay to have my locks changed. Then, things began to get broken - nothing expensive, as far as I know, but this bothered me because they'd try to make whatever they broke look OK, as if to hide the fact that they broke something. And they would frequently forget to dust entire rooms or areas of the house. I complained about the service and was told that I'll get a free cleaning. That offer was rescinded, however, without explanation and I was told not to expect a good cleaning every time, as the girls get comfortable with cleaning their 'regular' customers homes and I should expect them to slack off some weeks. They began to show up late - sometimes 15 minutes, sometimes 4+ hours. On more than one occasion, they charged me for 4 hours of work (2 girls for 2 hours each) but were only in my home for around an hour. During the month or so before I fired them, they were consistently, only cleaning for just over an hour, despite the fact that I was paying for twice that. The final time I called to complain about the quality, the scheduler quickly deferred blame, saying she was just part time and really not in a position to address my concerns. On a positive note, the rate didn't increase at all during the time that I used them. If only the quality of cleaning had kept up, I would still employ them. They really did do a good job at the beginning, but I feel like they started taking advantage of me. On another positive note, they did get my keys back to me. Oh, and the bathrooms and kitchen were always very very clean, even if they completely ignored other parts of the house. I would not hire them again and would advise against doing so for any long-term work. Side note: I did write a much better Angie's List review for them when they first started working for us...

You do have to provide them with cleaning supplies for them to use. They call me the day before they come out to remind me they will be there the next day. They come out when I'm at work and I leave a check for them. They've never had to come back out to do anything over. The one time they used the wrong cleaning product on the stainless steel refrigerator, when I let them know about it they offered to come back out but I declined and so they just cleaned it differently the next time. I will continue to use them and would also recommend them.

Easy to schedule. Lady who came, was pet friendly as I requested & on time. Professional. Did a great job(lots of pet hair in house now gone!). Kitchen cabinets glowed. I was pleased.

Anna's has done a lot of cleaning (also laundry, organizing, and basically saving my behind) for me for years now. In fact, they now come multiple times per week. Eva, who is, I believe, now the owner (and a long time employee), has a key to our house and knows our alarm code. "Eva" was even one of my daughter's first words. They do a great job cleaning (very thorough and don't cut corners) and they work FAST, which saves on money since they are paid by the hour. They are incredibly responsible and professional. I really can't believe my luck to have found such a great service, in a completely different category than others I have used.

I have never used a cleaning service before. It was easy to schedule and they sent two women promptly at 8 a.m. They used the cleaning supplies I provided. It took 2 1/2 hours. I was happy with the work. The floors, kitchen and bathrooms were done very well. Although, not every ceiling fan or nook and cranny was dusted. I had to pay cash which the scheduler had not mentioned. I am considering hiring them on a regular schedule.

The house looks great after the ladies are finished. Although I've noticed some dust in random out of the way places (the tops of doors and wall-hangings), the house overall is much cleaner. They wash the hardwood floors, wipe down the counters, sinks, mirrors, dust & polish our furniture and vacuum our rugs and underneath couch cushions. I feel much better now that the dust bunnies aren't overrunning our home! For the price, this cleaning service is excellent. We continue to use the cleaning service twice a month.

Excellent service. Three women cleaned quickly and well. Arrived slightly early and worked continuously.

Anna explained that 2 girls would come at approximately 12:30 pm. They did arrive late with no phone call advising me that they would be late. It wasn't a problem since I work at home and try to arrange my calls for late arrival and time to explain what I required. All in all they finished a little quicker than I expected, but they were thorough and did everything I requested so I have no complaints. My husband who is quite fussy about cleaning was pleased - so that was good enough for me. I have set up a bi-weekly cleaning based on my first experience and hope they continue to meet my expectations. It was nice to know I didn't have cleaning to do over the weekend.

Woman arrived late and then mysteriously left early. Didn't move furniture to clean underneath.

I called three times during November, which I'm sure is a busy month due to the holidays. I finally got a call back the third time. They could not do the job when I needed them to, so I didn't use them. I have read good things about them, so I may use them in the future.

I will have them back to do another cleaning in about a month. They were right on time, professional and scheduling was no problem.

They show up on time, are very nice and do a great job of cleaning. They charge on an hourly basis. The first time out, they were more expensive than I expected so I almost canceled the service. However, I talked to Anna about it and she assured me from then forward they would only work for 2 hours (keeping the cost to what I am willing to pay). In those two hours, they get the place spotless. They even do unexpected things like clean out the microwave and toaster oven!

The woman arrived on time and was very friendly and efficient.

The first 2 people that came out were amazing, but one quit and now the people that come out are just fine.
