Anna's Maids

We used her once but it became difficult to schedule appointments, but her work was great.

The two women who came arrived a little bit later than anticipated, but that was no big deal. They worked for a solid three hours or so and my husband and I made ourselves scarce while they were here. We have a big dog, so we kept her out of the way while they cleaned. When they were finished, the house was absolutely immaculate. It was amazing! We are considering having Anna's come regularly just to help us keep up with the house. They were really great!

Overall they ladies were excellent. They were very punctual (right down to the minute), professional (they didn't talk too much to each other while working), responsive (everything I told them to do they did readily), and the quality of their work was excellent. The place was spotless afterwards, and I was very happy with the quality of their work.

We used them once or twice. They were prompt. They called the day before they came. The house was clean when they left. They did what they were supposed to do. They were not very expensive.

Went pretty well. They were very thorough in some areas and other areas that I specifically pointed out were overlooked.

Overall, Anna's did a great job for our first appointment and we've scheduled them as our cleaners on a bi-monthly basis. It took a few days to hear back from my first call in to them, but once we got in touch they were able to schedule someone to come out to clean the same week. Our cleaner was prompt and did a really great job cleaning up the place (including organizing some still-packed boxes from our move-in). They were also very reasonably-priced. After some not-so-great prior experiences with cleaning services, I'm happy we've finally found someone who can do the job right.

Women that arranged the service was easy to deal with and courteous, although there did not appear to be any communication between the office and the two ladies that did the cleaning, as the cleaning ladies were not briefed on the services I requested. Bathrooms, kitchen and floors were vaccuumed and scrubbed fairly thorougly. Work was completed in the alotted time (3 hours). Did a good job cleaning the obvious places. Missed some less obvious places (moulding where floor/wall connect, entrance to balcony, below appliances), although in fairness I was not specific about the need to clean those areas. Overall was happy with the work and would use them again. The criticisms above are minor, as they certainly did a much better job than I could have done myself.

Excellent job!! They were very responsive to my need for immediate assistance & then flexible when my schedule changed. They stayed longer than originally anticipated due to the large space to be cleaned, but there were no complaints from the cleaners. The house was beautiful! I've had other cleaners before, but I have never been quite as impressed as I was with their work. Highly recommended!

Scheduling their service was a pleasure. They were able to accommodate my schedule. The amount I paid was what they estimated. They did an excellent job. I have used other cleaning ladies in the past, but they are the best I have experienced. I will use their services again. They are an excellent value.

Very professional, details were attended to - much happier with Anna's than my previous housecleaner who charged far more for far less work. Sent over 3 different crews (2 women each) and I've been very happy with them all. They all have spoken minimal english, but never had any communication problems. They are very diligent in their cleaning. I was impressed!

We were about to move into our house which had recently been renovated. We needed a thorough cleaning to remove the dust from the work that was done, as well as to clean the appliances and fixtures. I called Anna's two days before I needed them to come. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule, which was great. The person on the phone estimated that the cleaning would cost $100 or so. I was told that the workers would bring cleaning tools (e.g. mop, vacuum) but not cleaning supplies (e.g. glass cleaner, cleanser, etc.), so I would need to provide those. I asked specifically about products for cleaning the oven. I was told that as long as the oven had a self-cleaning function, no oven-cleaning supplies would be needed, and that in any case the workers would have oven cleaner with them just in case. At the appointed time, two ladies came to the house and spent three hours working on it. They did an OK job, but there were some issues. The stove in particular was not as clean as I would have liked. The ladies decided not to use the self-cleaning function and instead tried to clean the oven with one of the products I had provided (Softscrub cleanser). As a result the oven was not as clean as it should have been. I also noticed later that the stove knobs and burner grates had not been completely cleaned. The workers seemed to feel that I should have provided more appropriate products for them to use. There appeared to be a disconnect between what the office had told me and the workers' expectations. I was also surprised when the workers told me at the end that there would be a $5 "gas charge", something the office never mentioned.

Very thorough and they performed as expected. We hope to use them every two weeks.

Anna's is the first cleaning service I have ever hired. I live in a 1BR loft condo a former factory building. I am somewhat a clutterbug and share the space with my girlfriend, so I would rank the difficulty of the work high in proportion to the relatively small square footage. We do minimal cleaning aside from keeping the kitchen tidy and emptying the trash etc. They do a thorough clean of the bathroom, kitchen, vacuum and dust, and bedroom every other week. They follow specific instructions well -- e.g., I didn't want them to throw out my recycling and they stopped after I left a note. They rarely miss a detail. I trust them as well. I permit them to enter in my absence to do their work, and I leave the money for them. I've never had any issues. Overall, I am impressed. They get a B on price because to me it is a little expensive (but not far off). I highly recommend Anna's. Their employees are competent, friendly, and the people at the main office are incredibly helpful and understanding. (E.g. on one instance I was out of town and couldn't leave a check -- they did the cleaning anyways and I paid them double the next time.) I recommend that you buy your own cleaning supplies and be prepared to give specific instructions on their first visit. From there on out it should basically be on autopilot.

They did a great job. The ladies were efficient and through.

The two most recent technicians from Anna's that we have are pretty detail oriented.

I was very impressed with the service received from the first visit, with the exception of the fact that the floors were not vacuumed and I received no communication on why not without me asking. Though I continue to use them, my satisfaction with the service has declined. Quality of cleaning has been inconsistent, possibly due to inconsistent staff performing the service. For example, sometimes the furniture is completely vacummed (removing cushions, etc), sometimes it is not. In addition, though very professional on the phone, when I originally requested moving from weekly to biweekly service, the schedule change did not occur as expected. The staff still came the first week that they were not expected. It took two other calls to get the schedule aligned with expectations.

The two cleaning ladies arrived right on time, and got right to work. They spent 3 hours cleaing our house from top to bottom. They cleaned bathrooms, wiped all walls down, dusted everything, cleaned ceiling fans, kitchen. They worked very hard for the accurately estimated 3 hours, and both my wife and I agree that it was well worth it.

It started out with a misunderstanding on their part and on mine. I assumed they provided the cleaning supplies & they assumed I knew they did not. Once that got straightened out, the ladies (3) went to work and did a great job. I will definitely use them again. The company was a "B" due to miscommunication, but the cleaning portion was an "A".

Their response on phone calls was good, as was their scheduling system. They always showed up....generally on time. Owner and management seem professional...nice to deal with. Workers in my home, however, were not very thorough. It seemed communication to the house cleaners was poor, and there was a lot of turnover. One or two individuals were fairly good, but the service was not consistent.

I had no idea our house could look that clean. They sent two workers out for our initial cleaning and every single appliance in our house was showroom new - even our bathroom fixtures were like a mirror. They scrubbed every surface until it looked brand new and the house looked and smelled fantastic, and they worked fast and efficiently. This was our first time using a housecleaning service and we could not be happier with the results.

The two cleaners arrived on time and worked for 3 1/2 solid hours with minimal questions. They did a fabulous job and were very detail oriented. My house was literally sparkling when they were finished. They even put up with our crazy dog who gets overly excited when she meets new people. I am planning to have them come on a more regular basis now that we had the deep cleaning done.

They did an awesome job. Their price was very reasonable especially for all the work that they did. I had no issues making an appointment. They were able to get us in right away.

This cleaning service was excellent. They sent two workers who worked for four hours each. They came early and worked hard. They came while my mother was in the hospital right after we had some remodeling done in her home so there was a lot of mess and they did a great job. I'll probably hire them to come back on a monthly basis because they did such a good job.

They are very thorough and try to please. They work together well. They are very punctual. They also learn what you want and continue to do that.

I have my condo on the market and prepping for an open house. The condo was presentable but wanted someone to come in and give it the final polish. Anna's made an effort to make time and fit me in 2 days after my call, they quoted me 20$ per hour, 2 cleaning ladies, 10$ for supplies and a 5$ travel fee. Slightly more than I have paid but since it was highly rated by Angie's I gave them a chance (they have not been wrong before). They said 2-3 hours emphasizing 3hrs since they are not sure how dirty the condo is. I told them it should not take more than 2 hours etc... I asked that the cleaning ladies call me 15 min before they get to my place to give me time to drive there and open up the condo for them, I did not receive a call and when I got to the condo, I find the cleaning ladies waiting for 15min. They show up with only a few supplies of which they were all frozen. We laugh it off, but I am already starting to get a bad feeling. I proceed to explained the big things that I want done; the 2 bathrooms, floors, oven, windows. I then realize that they have nothing for the wood floors, I asked the cleaning ladies and they say they have nothing, I proceed to call their office and tell them that their supplies are frozen and are missing item to do a complete job. The office tells me they they will send someone over with new supplies. I leave having other things to do and hoping for the best. Before leaving I tell the cleaning ladies that this should not take more than 2 hrs. But I already question that with frozen supplies and waiting for missing supplies. I come back a little over 2hrs later, the cleaning ladies say the bathrooms, the floors, windows and oven are done. The place smelled clean, but when inspecting both bathrooms, I notice that the shower walls are still dirty, I glide my had over the shower ledge and it is full of dust and grime. All they washed was the tub and I questioned that as well. On a second look the floors did not seem clean, so I go to an obvious corner of the living room and glide my had over the floor only to collect lots of dust and dog hair. They say they will clean again but by this time it 2.5 hours. I tell them that they are done and inform their office. I reluctantly pay for 2hrs of work. All they did was make the condo smell better. The floors looked no cleaner, and the bathrooms seemed like they were not touched. I was very disappointed with there work, I called the office and the only thing that was said was that the owner would be informed.
