They have been cleaning our condo for over a year and they are always prompt, professional, good with our dog and leave house very clean. Agnus coordinates the crew and she gives us a reminder call each week just to make sure no changes are necessary. We have a primary cleaning person, but when changes are required we are contacted and Agnus always has options. The replacement crews have also done good work. We tried three other services before arriving at this company and none of them did the quality of work that Anna's does. Good quality, good value in my opinion.

We are very satisfied. We have used them for over a year and plan on continuing. They want to make sure you are satisfied: today the manager stopped by to check on the crew's work and get our feedback.

They do a very good job overall. They are always punctual and consistent in their work. I have not had any issues. They have also been very accomodating the few times when I have needed to reschedule.

After we had our 4th child, we decided it might be worth it to hire a cleaning service to come every week and help us with housecleaning. This was almost 2 years ago, and we are still using Anna's Professional Cleaning, because they are very reliable and do a very thorough job. I found that they were able to go above and beyond their job description, by assisting me with picking up after the kids, especially in the basement, in case I didn't get around to it before they came. I also liked that they were able to pretty much send the same cleaning crew every week, which helped because in a week or two, they knew the house well enough to get through it with efficiency and ease, while maintaining thoroughness. I would definitely recommend Anna's to anyone who is considering a cleaning service.

Anna's Cleaning Crews have been cleaning my house for over two years now. A crew comes every two week for 2 to 2.5 hours. They are always punctual. The crews are friendly and polite. I have the cleaning scheduled for a set time every two weeks, but if I need to change the time, they have been very accomodating. The crew changes every so often, so I haven't had the same group for the two years. Sometimes there are minor differences between the crews, but if something has been missed and I mention it, they are good about addressing it the next time. They generally clean two of the three floors of my bungalow. They are willing to take on special tasks - sometimes I'll ask for the bathroom and bedrooms in the basement to be cleaned or more deep cleaning of a room or area.

Excellent service. We have used Anna's Cleaning consistently for about two years, and Edyta does wonderful work. We are grateful for her service.

We have used Anna's Professional Cleaning for over a year now. Every time, the ladies are professional and start work right away. They complete all task requested. They are very detailed in wiping down cabinets, cleaning appliances, windows, and floors. They even water the plants and make the beds. Every time they come, we are always suprised on how clean and organized everything is.

I was extremely pleased with their work. Not only did they clean thoroughly, but they did so in a very efficient and respectful manner. Their team work made for a very unobtrusive experience. I have newborn twin babies and am home. I also have two dogs. The ladies were extremely respectful of my babies and myself, as well as being tolerant and very affectionate with my two dogs. I have had them back a second time and they cleaned the house just as thoroughly in two hours this time. They also went above and beyond by folding a load of baby laundry I had forgotten about! They also took out all of our garbage on their way out. Each lady was kind and extremely hard working. I would highly recommend Anna's Professional Cleaning to others looking for an affordable and thorough cleaning service. I am so happy I found this cleaning service as my life is very hectic right now and they make it much easier by cleaning so thoroughly and efficiently. I plan to continue using this service every other week. I am also very pleased with the customer service for Anna's Professional Cleaning. My initial call was promptly replied to and their staff has been kind and extremely helpful. All of my questions answered and needs met. This is a great cleaning company!

Everything went very well. They were on time, efficient, and did a great job.

They send me different personnel who did an excelent job. I'll hire them again.

They do good work. They are punctual and will do special projects if you call and arrange through the office. If I want a major project done, they'll complete that for me the. Their prices are reasonable based on the work. I've had other companies where they lost things or broke items, and I've never had that experience with them. They are really great about letting my know where they put XYZ item if I can't find it.

I have been using this cleaning service every 2 weeks since 2007. Clearly I am very happy with their service. Two young women arrive promptly at 8:00 a.m. and get right to work. They clean my 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a thorough and effecient manner. They dust, vacuum, clean the hardwood floors, change the sheets and scrub the bathroom. The kitchen (including the microwave) sparkles when they are done. I provide the cleaning supplies. I leave the condo when they arrive and they have never given me a reason to distrust them. They speak enough English so that we can communicate effectively. I highly recommend this cleaning service.

We started using Anna's in December of 2009 and are very happy with their service. We get the same two ladies every month, which is great because they are used to our cats. The more prepared our house is, the deeper the cleaning, since they are with us for two hours per month. Our only minor issue is that we will sometimes lose track of when they will be coming. In these cases, the manager has been very gracious about letting us mail in our payment and gratuity. I have asked that they remind us more frequently of impending visits. Very highly recommended.

I just had my home professionally cleaned (for the first time ever) by Anna's last week. I chose Anna's because they already had many good reviews on Angies List, and I was very happy with the job they did. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, and sent out a crew of 3 staff instead of 2 on this first job, as they had internal scheduling issues, but still wanted to clean my house quickly. (I was impressed with this extra effort on their part.) Also, with two dogs, dog hair is a problem in my home, and I was amazed at how well the staff did with getting rid of it. I though the price was very reasonable, and I definitely plan to use Anna's on a regular basis.

The two women (Amia and Sylwia) arrived on time and were very friendly. They did a great job cleaning everything and were very efficient. They cleaned the insides of the cabinets, the inside and outside of the stove/oven, the inside and outside of the fridge, all the kitchen counters and sink, the toilet, the bathroom sink, bathroom mirror, and really did a great job scrubbing the soap scum out of the bathtub. I had honestly never seen that bathtub look so clean! And because they were able to finish so quickly and still had time left in the 2-hour minimum, they were willing to drive a few blocks over to our new place to give that kitchen and bathroom a quick clean as well. I was very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to friends.

I really appreciate Anna's staff. They are polite and efficient and good at what they do. They let me provide my own cleaning supplies, which I appreciate since I try to choose things that are environmentally responsible. Every team has members who are bilingual or multilingual. One of the languages of at least one member of the team is always English, which gives me an easy way to communicate with them, since I'm not multi-lingual. They are dependable and timely. I definitely recommend them.

We've used Anna's for years. They are professional, thorough and exactly what I would want from a home cleaning service. My three teenage daughters present the ladies with a unique challenge each and every time they enter my home, and if it weren't for the fact that I'm so embarrassed to hand them a job that disgusting (I make certain I'm never home), I would love to thank them personally for the weekly accomplishment. They are neat, organized, efficient and a wonderful bargain. You can't go wrong with Anna's.

My problem with this service is that we scheduled a 4 hour cleaning for 03/13 and they never showed up. On their last visit (03/06) I requested cleaning for the following Saturday (03/13) and was told they thought it was okay but I should call "the office" I left a message that Saturday requesting the date, never got a call back. I called again on Monday 03/07 no one answered, I left a message to confirm the following Saturday and never received a call back or confirmation. The 2 cleaning people knew I was interested in the following week. I was having a dinner party on Sunday so it was important. No one showed on 03/15 and I called "Anna's Cleaning Service" twice that morning, no one answered the phone and no one called back. I finally called on Saturday mid day and told them to just let me know if they weren't coming since I couldn't stay home all day and wait. No response. I had to call friends over to help me clean. On Monday I was left an phone apology which blamed it on "the computer." I haven't heard from them since. I don't know of any business that doesn't answer a call for 7 days!!!!!

Everything didn't go well. Two ladies showed up. One was in a dress. They did not have work clothes or any materials. I had to provide their cleaning materials. One girl put dusting polish on my mirrors. I decided to give them a second chance, and again, they showed up without a vacuum, mop, or any cleaning supplies. I would not recommend them at all. I do not know what they would have done had I not supplied the cleaning materials for them to use. I also could not understand them because they were speaking in Polish.

I wasn't happy with my present housekeeping service so I turned to Angie's List to find a new service. I chose Anna's cleaning primarily due to Agnes, the person who had been answering the phone. Agnes was extremely punctual in returning my call and actually seem excited to get my business. (imagine that) I have a 3 story townhouse and the price was $95 every other week to clean the top 2 floors (kitchen, laundry room, powder room, family room, 2 BR, full bath). I had been paying $85 whether or not the service cleaned the finished basement or not. This is a definite case of getting what you pay for. I waited until Anna's cleaned a 2nd time to make sure that the 1st cleaning wasn't a fluke - nope-they were great. Definitely a keeper.

It was time for a spring cleaning and I'm very happy I went with Anna's service. I left a message on their website on Saturday and got a call on Sunday. I returned the call on Monday morning looking for a team to come out on Tuesday morning at 8am and Anna's was able to accommodate my last minute needs. They were 5 mins early which was great! Since it was their first time, I spent my morning working from home, checking in on their progress, and pointing out "problem" areas that I wanted extra attention to such as the shower head, behind the bed, carpet spots, etc. I am extremely happy with the team of two that got sent out. They were focused, fast, thorough and responsive to my requests.

The service was very responsive and the ladies who came were very nice. Neither one of them spoke good English, but they knew enough to perform the service. I was disappointed that they didn't have any supplies or tools and the quality of the cleaning was okay.

I called and spoke to someone immediately who accomodated my schedule and rearranged things so that my place could be cleaned first thing in the morning at 7:30am, since they didn't have keys and I would need to let them in. They only reason I put a "B" for punctuality is because they were 10 minutes late and I needed to leave for work. Aside from that, which was not that big of a deal, everything was amazing! I asked the two women if they could focus on the full bathroom, especially the bathtub, as well as the base boards, and they did an amazing job! Our bathroom is immaculate and has not been this clean since we first moved in 4 years ago! They got out stains from the around our toilet that I thought were permanent, and that was with using our own cleaning products. I would definitely use their service again.

Anna is the most superior house cleaning agency I have ever experienced. She and her staff are the best in the business. Prices are very reasonable and they do a perfect job. After Anna has been here, I feel like I have a brand new house.
