I had 3 companies prior to using Anna's. I am most comfortable with Anna's. They are very thorough, help with laundry and are kind to my dogs. They are wonderful to work with and I trust them.

The quality of work and the price is very good. They are always on time and are flexible even on a short notice. They are trustworthy in your home.

The experience was excellent. The ladies did a great job. We just moved in and they helped us to make the place look great.

We have a two bedroom, two bathroom condo, approximately 1300 square feet. I felt that Agnes was very prompt and professional in arranging the cleaning, but the actual work was mediocre. The appointment was scheduled for 1 pm and they arrived around 1:45. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but I'm wondering if it made them feel rushed. I was a little surprised after reading the reviews, but there was noticeable dust on furniture, and I don't think they even wiped down the kitchen counter tops. Some parts of the bathroom looked nice, but it really didn't look like a professional cleaning job overall. I found myself dusting and finishing the job once they had left. I'm not sure what the issue was, as they seem to be very highly rated otherwise.

Once they are here they are very efficient and do a lot of nice small touches like folding the toliet paper and/or folding bath towels in such a manner that it feels like you are staying at a 4 star hotel. Use Anna's Professional Cleaning Service....there is no reason to look anywhere else.

Anna's cleaning always shows up on time and does a thorough job. We use them on a regular basis.

Two women arrived at 11:00 am, after a brief walk through, they started working immediately. They were finished by 2pm. Agnes, the manager, came by and we had a nice conversation. I also really liked how a team of two can clean in three hours what an individual can do in six. I work from home, so I appreciate that it is less time interruption. After they had left I noticed time and again how nice of a cleaning it was. Looking forward to having them back.

When the ladies finished (in two hours!), my mother's condo shone and smelled like a new model apartment. We're so pleased with Manager Agnes's quick response to our phone call, her accommodating scheduling, and the competitive pricing, that my mother will be using Anna's Cleaning Service regularly as well as recommending it to her friends in the development. This was an A+ experience from start to finish.

It was a wonderful experience. The ladies did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

They have always shown up when they said they would, and the women always work quickly but thoroughly to get my house back into shape after two weeks of my kids slowly destroying it. I have used other services in the past, and some individual cleaners who were far less reliable, or much more careless in the attention paid to cleaning. I have been especially happy with the management who are always quick to call back and check in to see how things are going. I would definitely recommend Anna's!

We are admittedly very picky about how our home is cleaned. We just moved to the area and were looking for a service that could meet our high standards. We tried a few other groups who were "ok" but it wasn't what we wanted. After reading the reviews on Anna's Cleaning we decided to give them a try. Glad we did! From Agnes calling me in order to understand my needs and expectations, to them fitting us in, to the unbelievable work ethic, and finally, to the perfectly cleaned home...we couldn't be happier. They cleaned our house from top to bottom, floors, blinds, counters...all surfaces. It finally looks great! These guys are the best, bar none.

The service is excellent. The crew is always attentive to detail, friendly and industrious. They are an excellent company and we highly recommend them.

They do a great job cleaning and make sure to clean under all furniture which is nice while having a dog.

I was pretty impressed. I suspect they may be using a team of magic cleaning fairies.

I was pleased with how accommodating they were on scheduling. There was an initial quote, then a physical walk through with the manager. The actual cleaning people, who did a very good job, did not speak the clearest english. In the end there were no miscommunication issues (this is also in part because the client tells Anna what they want, and Anna preps the employees about what and where to focus). I was present when they were cleaning, as I work from home. They were very considerate in waiting to vacuum until I would be off the phone for a time. At the end, they weren't sure how much was owed, so just be sure you know the agreed amount of time/money. I would use them again.

This was our first experience with cleaning service in Chicago, and Anna's was terrific.. We typically do light "maintenance cleaning" , but our two-bedroom, two-bath apartment was in need of a thorough cleaning that we really didn't have time to do. We had a house guest coming in a week and had procrastinated in scheduling a cleaning service. Agnes was very helpful and used what flexibility she had in her schedule (due to a last minute cancellation) to squeeze us in just a couple days after I called. The young ladies arrived promptly, and worked very quickly and efficiently, giving our apartment a good, overall cleaning in just two hours. The entire apartment looked great! I was impressed how thoroughly they dusted and cleaned shelf surfaces that we typically don't do because things are stacked on them. Also, I'm not exactly sure what they did, but I have never seen our downstairs shower so clean! I would highly recommend Anna's and fully intend to use them in the future.

Very good generally and I have been pretty flexible with them with running late. I had been charged 95.00 for years now and then this last time they were running a little bit late and then I received an call saying that they were actually there right now. Then when they came they brought to my attention that some of girls felt that they needed more time to clean which would increase the price by 20.00. Three hour passed and I asked them if they could clean the closet upstairs and they responded by "we have already been here three hours". I got an increase in price and a decrease in service, it just does make sense. Previous services I would give B rating for this a service D.

The call with the quote was very reasonable. I was told what to expect, the hourly rate, and approximate amount of time that might be required due to the size of our home. The ladies arrived on the scheduled day promptly. When necessary, they asked about specific areas they had questions on. I asked to have the inside of the china cabinet cleaned, and they did so beautifully. While they didn't move furniture around (large pieces) to clean, I don't consider that a drawback for the price quoted. Overall the amount of time it took, and the price, not to mention how wonderful of a job they did, was well worth the investment. I did receive a call from the company later asking about my satisfaction. Without a doubt I will be using them again in the future, and maybe on a more regular basis.

Our son recently got married, and his new wife's parents were coming to town for the first time. We wanted our house to look GREAT! Part of the preparation was to hire a cleaning service; I chose Anna's Professional Cleaning Service from the List because they had so many high grades and good reports. Their response was pretty quick, considering that the storms had knocked out power, and they were working without electricity or computers! All my questions were answered on the phone (it's been decades since we have used a cleaning service), and a convenient time was arranged. The charge is by the hour for two people. Two women came to our home; one was a fluent English speaker and the other was not, so there were no communication problems. I provided the cleaning products (my choice), rags and vacuum cleaner. They jumped right in to work, spending 3 1/2 hours on the first visit -- even cleaning the blinds in the bathroom! I knew this was going to be a big job (3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms) and made sure to be able to schedule two visits before our guests arrived. While they had done a thorough job on part of the house on the first visit, they did manage to hit every room. On the second visit, a week later (another 3 1/2 hours), they balanced things out, focusing on the other part of the house. It was really hot when they came, and they seemed to not let that hinder them. (Kudos!) I felt like they did an excellent job and will be having them return every two weeks. I am expecting that future visits will be shorter, now that our house is presentable. I would highly recommend this company!

My wife and I found Anna's Professional Cleaning Inc through Angie's List and scheduled an appointment with Agnes, whom we found to be very professional and courteous. The cleaning staff of two was running late on the day of the appointment due to difficulties in finding street parking, but Agnes called to inform us of the issue and even stopped by herself. My wife instructed the crew as to what was to be done, and although we were generally pleased, we did find a few somewhat obvious areas that were missed (e.g. a couple of sticky spots on the kitchen counter, the oven range drawer had grease splattered on the top edge which could be seen only if the drawer was opened, etc.), but these were minor issues. Also, when my wife would give specific instructions as to what to clean, such as the light switch plates where dirty prints were visible, they were certain to clean the specific one she pointed to as an example, but not necessarily all of them. It seemed that the crew was in a bit of a rush to complete the job in three hours in order to get to their next appointment; had they not been running behind due to parking issues, we gladly would have paid for an additional half hour to ensure they had time to address some of the aforementioned issues. That being said, the apartment unit was rather hot and stuffy on the day of the service since it was not air conditioned, and my wife said that both crew members worked very hard. Overall, the apartment was very clean and we were satisfied with the results. We plan on using Anna's Professional Cleaning Inc again in the near future when the other apartment unit is vacated.

UPDATE: Agnes called me the next day after the original report was posted and we discussed my concerns. As always, she was incredibly professional and really wanted to be given another chance. She and I talked about making sure that we had the same crew and that the crew came at the same time. To be fair to Agnes, I had not fully communicated my frustrations with her so she had not had the opportunity to correct them. I am happy to report that I am now using Anna's Professional Cleaning again. I was really impressed with Agnes's professionalism and willingness to improve the service. Original report: I am sad to give a less than stellar report for Anna's Professional Cleaning. I have used them for two years and initially I was very pleased with their services and recommended them to friends. However, about a year ago the head person on my cleaning crew left the company and since then I have not had a consistent cleaning crew and the service has been steadily worse. To give them credit sometimes the work has been up to their original standards but other times garbage was not taken out, a bathroom was not cleaned, etc. Scheduling a regular time has been an ongoing problem with them, particularly since I went back to work and wasn't there to meet them and make sure they came when they were supposed to. The last straw for me was the day I came home from work at 5:30 p.m. and it was clear that the women had just arrived perhaps 15 minutes earlier. I originally had scheduled them to come at 10:00 a.m. but, as I suspected, once I was not home to check when they came, they came whenever was most convenient for their schedule. Because they were there so late, the young women cleaning the house sped through it, didn't take out my recycling upstairs, and claimed to have cleaned the bathroom (I asked them because that had been missed before) but clearly hadn't when I checked it after they left. I had them come a couple more times, just for the convenience, but I have now cancelled their services and intend to go with another company.

I called Anna's Maids to get an estimate on cleaning my apartment so that I can list it on the market. Based on Agnes' professionalism and estimate provided on the phone, I went ahead and scheduled. The two professionals that arrived at my apartment - on time - were exactly that...true professionals. They really knew their business and in a short time, my apartment looked great - something that would have taken me much more time to do myself. I have already decided to schedule them for an ongoing service based on this first experience.

I contacted Anna's cleaning a few months ago and heard back from Agnes right away to book my first appointment. Agnes is very friendly and easy to work with. We found a time that worked for my schedule and two women came out to clean the house. The first time they came, they did a deep cleaning, which it really needed. Since then, they have come back every two weeks to do a more routine cleaning. I have been incredibly happy with the services that they provide. They are professional, efficient, and even friendly to my dog. It is so nice to come home to a clean house!

I found this company on Angie's list and emailed them to request a quote. The quote was very competitive and Agnes responded in a timely manner. The two ladies who came to clean were punctual and checked with me before leaving to ensure their work was satisfactory. I have requested a standard appointment for cleaning.
