They absolutely did a good job for what the price was worth. It was a two-bedroom condo about thirteen hundred square feet. I provided their cleaning supplies. They were very professional actually. I remember Anna came out with her crew and looked at the property before they went to work. Two persons came out and worked for roughly six hours. I plan to use them again in the future.

I booked Anna's Cleaning Service because of the many reviews and overwhelming top scores. I have a 94-year-old mother who can't do as much as she wants to do or can do. It was time to get some professional help for her. I booked the appointment for the day after the Christmas decorations came down. The appointment was made for 8:00 a.m. Dorothy and Agnes were prompt. As soon as they got inside the house, the started working. They changed the linens in both bedrooms. They cleaned and dusted my bedroom. The condemned sign can now come off my door! They cleaned the living room, two bathrooms, and the kitchen. They vacuumed the carpets and got up all the Christmas tree needles and garland pieces off the floor. Dorothy and Agnes were very professional and talked to my mother while they worked. When they finished, the house smelled clean and looked clean. Because of the great service, we booked them to come very other week. Both my mother and I are totally satisfied with Anna's Cleaning Service!

Anna always answers the phone and makes a great effort at having two women show up at my place within a week of when I call. I don't need a set appointment and I have them come in every month or so, as needed. Some of the cleaning ladies are better than others, but Anna is always very responsive and takes feedback very well.

In addition to coming back a second time they were very responsive as well working with my schedule to get someone in.

She arrived on time and scrubbed my house she was quite through.

Overall, we're very pleased with their work and will call them for help again.

It was very professionally done, the Anna's were courteous and did an excellent job on the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. They did floors, oven, fridge and everything in between. We provided cleaning supplies.

They were on time. They listened to what I wanted done and did a good job. They were quick. Initially they wanted to charge an additional five dollars, but that was not discussed before appointment. I was very happy overall.

They were prompt for the initial appointment as well as all cleaning appointments, they did a nice job just not a great job.

Anna called to let me know the ladies were running a little late, but they arrived on time. The crew went straight to work on my large vintage 2 bedroom in Hyde Park. I recently moved in, so there was much dusting to do. The crew cleaned the light fixtures, washed the baseboards and even scrubbed a few walls. They covered every inch of the apartment - high and low -taking no short cuts. The job took about 2.5 hours. My apartment looked amazing and much brighter when they finished. I've already booked my next appointment!

They do well. The service is more expensive than the last service we had, but the quality, particularly thoroughness is much better (the primary reason that we changed. The only concern is their not showing up at the same time each week.

They are prompt, and organized. The total time from start to finish is almost 2 hrs. It is just what I need and no extras, however if you like them to clean ceiling fans or woodwork they will do it. The price for my house is perfect, they are wonderful.

The women showed up on time, did a great job, were friendly, and were efficient. I highly recommend this service.

They did an excellent job with the floors. However, there was still dust all over the place. I pointed this out to them. They said it was the paint from the ceiling chipping. They said that they cleaned it but the paint was chipping and falling on the floor. They brought someone to do a walk through with me. He came through very quickly and would not speak with me. He then left. I called the next day to let them know that the closets are still dirty, as well as, the bathrooms. No one ever came back. I also had some cleaning supplies in the house and they took them. They were supposed to do the inside of the windows. They did them very quickly and you could see smudge marks. I paid 500.00 for two people to work 8 hrs. I feel this is a ripoff. Update 12/28/12: I don't know why my review was changed, it did not contain any insults or obscenities, just an honest assessment of this organization's work. First in response to the business' response. We did not threaten them, we just told them that we would be writing a bad review because of our experience with them. We also did not ask for a redo after we moved in a month later, we wanted them to clean what was not cleaned. Also, floors were not being installed, they were already installed, there was work done on the stairs to the basement. The reason for the one month delay was there was a death in the immediate family and a pre-planned vacation. The house is only 2000 sq ft, and they charged us $500 with no furniture in the house. They did a good job on the floors, but the shelves in the closet were not touched. We were charged by the hour and a couple if times, we caught one woman sitting in her car on the phone and another woman talking to the contractor fixing the bathroom. Not a huge deal excerpt they scurried away as if they got caught so that raises suspicion. The boss was unprofessional and unresponsive. They said it was too bad for us but they will not come back to fix what had been missed. I think for $500, I expect a lot more.

The service was a little more than a general cleaning; they cleaned the oven, the burners, and the kitchen cabinet for us. They did an awesome job except that they broke two things. The candle burner which they offered to take off the price, I bought it for $45 and I told them to forget it and the other thing which I only discovered after a day was my shower head. My husband noticed it. I think while they were cleaning, they pulled it away and it was cracked so I have to buy another shower head and it cost us $120.00 to replace it. It was not just a shower head actually, it is a system. They do not speak English very well at all but there was a woman who speak better English who is just fine for me.

They did a pretty good job with the estimate and we were looking at them pretty hard, but unfortunately, they just didn’t have the insurance that our building requires for them to be able to do work at the building.

The first time they arrived 30 minutes late but I asked for them to please come on time because I need to leave for work immediately when they arrive and they haven't been more than 5 or 10 minutes late since. They really do a great job. We always check to make sure they didn't skip over an area and are always pleasantly surprised to find that they take the time to do a complete job. There is a bit of a language barrier but I can usually communicate to them what they need to know. Most importantly, they do a much better and more thorough job that I could ever do which makes the cost worthwhile. As long as the quality of their work continues as it is I will continue to use them regularly and recommend them!

I gave 2 referrals from Angie's list to a renter who was moving out at the end of the month. My renter says she booked an appointment with Anna's Professional cleaning for an AM cleaning on Friday, August 31st. By 12:30, no one had showed up to clean, so she called Anna's. No one answered her. Then, later in the afternoon I sent a text to Anna's and got a returned call. I spoke with Anna and she said she did not have a booking for that day. It's a scenario of one person said something and another person said something. I have given the benefit of the doubt to my renter because she has been so reliable for 3 years meeting repairmen who came to fix something at the house, that I believe there was an appointment set and it was a scheduling error. I do understand scheduling errors. My real problem with the service is that my renter never got a return phone call after 2 messages left for Anna's service. I was very disappointed that my text was answered before the renter's phone messages. It was about the waiting and never hearing back that was the issue.

After searching for a company to clean our house regularly, we settled on Anna's Professional Cleaning. They were punctual and did an excellent job of cleaning our home for a reasonable price. We have since started receiving regular bi-weekly service and are extremely satisfied.

I had a great experience overall, I was very happy. Everything was scheduled and set up with Agnes who does all of their appointment coordinating. She was very responsive, professional, reliable, timely and a pleasure to work with. Agnes came to my house to meet with me first to do a walk thru and give an estimate. The 2 ladies that were scheduled to clean, Donna and Ivanna, did not speak good English so Agnes was there to translate and brief them on what I was looking for and cleaning areas to focus on. Anges left and Donna and Ivanna cleaned for around 4 hours. Ana's Cleaning is totally flexible in regards to time and can customize each visit according to your needs and how much you are looking to spend. Although they did not speak great English, they were very friendly and personable and could communicate enough to get the job done. They seemed to be very hard working and I was very pleased when they left. No complaints at all, I was totally satisfied. I plan on using Ana's now for my bi-weekly regular cleanings instead of the service I usually use because I liked them so much.

The ladies that came to our home were very nice, polite, and respectful. I felt very at ease with them, when they were cleaning, sometimes I forgot they were even there! The price was very fair, I would highly recommend them to anyone! I think I'll be calling Anna's once a month from now on :)

The ladies from Anna's were on time and nice. They walked the house gathering instructions from my mom (I was not home) and then got straight to work. They did a good job in record time. The entire house (3 bed, 3.5 baths on 4 levels) in six hours. They missed a few very picky things but only because I was not home to point them out. Confident they would have stayed to fix. We would definitely hire them again.

Two women arrived to clean. I had asked them to focus on the hardwood floors and bathrooms and pointed out where the cleaning supplies were kept. One of the two women seemed diligent and good at cleaning and did not speak engligh, so the other may not have communicated the need to focus on bathrooms and floors. Oddly they pulled out several garbage bags and a lot of cleaning supplies. After about half an hour one of the women asked for "bottled water" which I thought was strange, and I offered a glass of water (as we do not drink bottled water). After nearly one and a half hours past I noticed there was no focus on cleaning the floors then I heard a crash in the bathroom - one of the women had broken a keepsake in the bathroom. When I walked over to see what had happened the reaction was not apologetic at all rather she somewhat tersely said "I did not mean to be break it." As if it was normal to break something. At that point I asked them to focus on the floors instead of cleaning other areas in the house. Even when they turned their attention to the floors, it was a very cursory wipe as opposed to a clean and they seemed to rush. After the service the company called (which seemed to be a routine courtesy call) to see how the service went. The representative listened attentively to my comments and offered to send a different cleaning crew if I used their service again. I have not used their service again but appreciated the offer.

We hired Anna's Professional Cleaning on short notice and they came through for us! Teresa did a fabulous job on our apartment. Cleaned everything top to bottom to perfection and did a very thorough job. Will definitely use this company again!
