i purposely did not clean my apartment for 3 weeks so that i can see how detailed the service was. they simply wiped everything down which is a general cleaning but not a deep cleaning.

I had employed Anna's Maids for almost one full year. The quality and thoroughness of the work definitely oscillated over time. There were more recent bouts of tardiness that also contributed to our desire to look elsewhere for cleaning services. We did receive messages for feedback so the management was definitely responsive.

We have been using Anna's Maids for about 2 years for bi monthly house cleaning. They are very easy to work with and schedule. We communicate mostly by text and I receive a confirmation the day before they come. I can text them any special requests and they will do as long as it can be done within the time they are scheduled to be in our home. I have also hired them for one time only services like deep cleaning my mother-in-law's home. She was very pleased saying that they were thorough and left her home spotless. I have recommended the service to others.

I bought the 2-week interval services so I can have a steady crew. However, their turnover is so high now that I can only have the same crew for at most 3-4 times. And new crew does not read the notes on how to clean our house. I have to remind them every time there is crew change. The price is high as well.

Very well. The ladies were on time and asked to be shown around the home. They went right to work and asked questions as they came up. Our house sparkled when they were finished. We were extremely pleased with their work.

They changed the arrival time by texting me although I did advise the phone is a land line. The housekeepers were told 4hrs although I booked 5 per email correspondence. It took awhile for the housekeepers to get the cost- they called and then were called back at least 2X before they told me the cost after they were finished cleaning. That being said- they got everything and more done than I expected- wonderful job cleaning, thorough. Nice women. Cost was much less than a similar service I used last month by about 100.00! Definately worth the minor miscommunications because they promptly resolved that.

Anna's Maids was prompt to respond with an initial quote for my cleaning. Once I was ready to schedule; they responded immediately to my request and were able to accommodate my schedule. The correspondence through email and text message was easy. The 2 cleaners did a very thorough job and used the green products that I provided for the cleaning. They were very professional and got right to work once they arrived. I absolutely look forward to using this service again!

I have used this service a couple of time, and find them to be very reliable. They are quick to communicate and respond. Crew comes promptly, and if there is a delay, they promptly reach out. Most importantly, they get the job done. It's a hassle-free way to enjoy having a clean house.

I hired Anna's Maids to do a deep, thorough clean after I had renovations done in my home prior to moving in. Their attention to detail and level of service was excellent. As a result of the great service I have hired them for regular periodic cleaning.

The service was great. I appreciated the attention to detail. For example, our kitchen floor is very difficult to clean and the staff were on ‘hands and knees’ to ensure it was done correctly.

Perfect. Responsive to my request for quote. Professional crew that showed up on time. Worked quickly and quietly. Took care with my belongings. The House looked and smelled great when they finished. Worth noting that I am very picky.
