Anna's Maids

Work was well done. A bit surprised at the time it took and resulting cost. But they did an excellent job.

While I was not personally there to see the results, my son reported that the condo was very clean when he got home later in the day. He was there to get them started, they gave him an estimate of the time needed to do the job (since this was the first time at this location) so he could write a check for the services. Scheduling was easy and pleasant, and done on rather short notice! Cleaners were prompt. I appreciate the service and will likely use them again! We've even referred them to a friend in the city!

They always get a lot done in a short time, so there is great value for the money! The people are efficient and make good decisions on arranging clutter. They do sometimes arrive late from other jobs without a phone call. But they provide a great value overall.

I appreciated that the entire place was cleaned and honestly done. I've had women come and make more spots on the carpet then removed, and that was not the case here! you wouldn't believe the horror stories, I'm glad to find someone who actually does what they say

Thorough job for our first scheduled cleaning. CInny and Agnes worked efficiently to get the job done. Happy to have them back on a regular basis.

My experience with Anna's has been wonderful! - Prompt response to my initial request for information - They easily arranged my first appointment within a couple of weeks, at a time that was convenient for me - They called to remind me of my appointment the day prior - The ladies who cleaned my home showed up on time, and were completely friendly and easy to work with - They did a great job cleaning my home! I plan to work with Anna's regularly moving forward, and would definitely recommend them.

First time they came I was happy. And the next time or two but then they changed the crew and it went down hill from there They sent young women and when they work together they TALK and theyTALK I asked for my fridge to be clean inside they forgot I asked that they move things and clean under!!!!! Well lifted things on my kitchen counter , it was pretty clear they did not clean I told the manager ( even though they are not cheap) that I would PAY for more time if they need to get it right but these girls worked on the clock not my house. The manger also was very responsive at first but after less so They list an email address on their web site so I emailed them to book and never got a response phone or email , I called and they said we rarely look at our email. Another time I called to arrange and said call my husband and gave them his number As I was out of town and he would arrange it ! But she me called a day later and disturbed me in a meeting , I said again said call my husband today to arrange and she didn't she called me !!!! Again she called me not till the next day disturbing me only to say she did not have the time

After trying 2-3 other places, I have to admit my standards were high for our new home. I was very clear to Anna's Cleaning what level of service I expected, and, boy, did they meet my requirements. She listened to all my requests over the phone and clearly relayed them to the women who came to my home. The 2 ladies were kind, hardworking, and made sure that everything was complete before they left several hours later. I look forward to having them clean my home every other week on a regular basis. This provider took a few days to get back to me and when we finally connected she said she didn't service my area - while her profile clearly listed the South Side even my community. Then the respondant went on to say that the area was too far for them to travel to provide the cleaning service. NOTE TO THE PROVIDER: If you do not want to service CERTAIN ethnicities, then re-evaluate just who you will provide a service to. You should understand that multiple ethnicities live in my community of Beverly, which is homogeneous and diverse. My money is GREEN!

Who washes hardwood floors by hand? Anna's Cleaning does. They even got the top of the ceiling fan, 12-feet in the air! I was extremely impressed by this crew's efficiency and friendliness. Only reason I gave a B on pricing is because they did such a great job I felt compelled to tip the two ladies $20 bucks each so it got a bit pricey for me. But... totally worth it.

To tell you the truth, Anna's Professional Cleaning's manager came over and she saw what I was talking about. She was apologizing and she was an amazingly nice person. I told them that the focus is on my kitchen and they didn't touch anything completely. The cabinet was dirty inside. We were moving to a new home and I wanted to make sure that especially the kitchen was clean. The manager made them come back. They cleaned better but not as exceptional. They did a very poor job in that case. My home was empty because we were supposed to move in. They came back but did what I spotted like the oven and the cabinet that was particularly bad but nothing else. They didn't understand what I was talking about. It was very pricey. The way the manager reacted, she was a very nice lady.

Their staff does a great job. Everything is left immaculate and put back in place.

We have been using Anna's to clean our home for 18 months. They come every other week and do a fantastic job and our home is sparkling clean when they are done. The ladies are very sweet and kind to our young children and the kids really look forward to seeing them. We had a few different teams in the beginning, but for over a year we have had the same two women (whom we adore). They are fast and efficient and do a great job. On occasion I have had to have them come on an off-day if I need some sprucing up before a guest and Agnes is always very helpful and tries to find a convenient time/date for the additional cleaning. I have no plans to stop using this service.

They were professional. They were a little late but they're very good.

They did a great job. The house is super clean after they are done, and I am very particular, so this is a real compliment. Anna's has cleaned the house 4 times now and each time they do a great job. Time is not always perfect as they come from a prior job and the estimated start is approximate, so assume it is up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Two people come and they get started immediately, work very hard and leave it all neat and tidy. They use my supplies so I know the products are safe and effective. I would recommend Anna's as your cleaning team.

We couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Due to illness and disability, our home had not been maintained up to my wife's high standards. She finally gave in and let me bring in Anna's based on the Angie's recommendation. When they were done my wife couldn't have been happier with the results. We are having them back to do more just as soon as we can schedule it.

They arrived early almost every time and worked efficiently. I appreciated the responsiveness of the person I talked to on the phone.

Our housekeeper, Hula, is terrific. She's prompt, professional, and cheerful. She's does a great job. When she leaves, our house sparkles. We are immensely pleased with Anna's Professional Housekeeping service!

Provider's employee was 45 minutes late but once she arrived, she did a thorough job. The unit was empty so she cleaned the floors, windows, kitchen appliances, bedrooms and bathrooms. She ran out of a few supplies and I had to run to the store to purchase them.

I was very disappointed that Anna's Maids to not keep their appointment with us for our move-out clean. There was not a phone call or anything to let us know they were cancelling. Our landlord called to tell us that the apartment was filthy and that there was a check on the counter for Anna's Maids which had never been picked up. I called to ask them what happened but haven't heard back.

It went well. They were a little late on the first meeting, but they are very sweet and open to making any changes and modifications that you want to make sure that you are happy.

They were very reliable and honest. They always came when they said they would and they did a good job.

We were very pleased with the job overall. Two girls came and cleaned the entire apartment. We noticed that they missed a part under the stove and after contacting Anna they came right out and fixed the problem.

I appreciated Agnes' (the woman I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment) responsiveness and flexibility when I had to cancel original appointment due to illness. Despite the Monday morning cancellation, I was eager to have the cleaning rescheduled ASAP. Agnes got back to me and was able to arrange to have the 2 cleaners come on Thursday the same week, despite it being a very busy time before the Memorial Day holiday. I had wanted a whole house deep/initial clean, but because of the reschedule they could only give me 3 hours. I had them concentrate on bathrooms, kitchens and floors. They did a very competent job. My only complaint was that not all kitchen surfaces (cabinet facing, etc) appeared to have been wiped down and they used a lot of disposable paper towels. Next time I will have them do a thorough top to bottom job and disinfect, etc. Maybe clean the oven and fridge, too. I was in desperate need of a cleaning and Agnes and her crew squeezed me in and got the job done.
