2 people showed up. They had their own supplies and they went right to work. I am over all very pleased.

Update on Aug 10: We moved in, started to put stuffs in the drawers, which I specified I need all drawers cleaned, trashed taking out. Guess what, I can easily see visible dust in drawers, upper cabinet still have disgusting stuffs and leftover junks. Forgot to mention the trash was supposed to be removed as a "regular service", was just dumped in/on our recycle bins. This is not even worth for donation. I'm sure I'll keep finding more uncleaned places as I unpack my stuffs. I'm beyond speechless. === Well, where do I start...... I'm consider the money spent was donated to a charity...... We just bought a house (old and vacant for awhile) and we have not moved in yet. We called the company for a deep cleaning (specified on the website: http://www.annasmaids.com/residential_service.html), but what they performed was less than the "regular cleaning" listed on the website. First of all what really p***** me off is that they never communicate to my husband that the minimal cleaning is 2 hours. The two ladies "finished" their cleaning less than 1.5 hr, and they came to me to collect money instead of asking me if there is anything else they can do since there were more time left. I told them dust the house after deep clean the bathroom and the kitchen, not sure if they couldn't understand me or what. I checked the bathroom, all the towel/shower rods are dusty, medicine cabinets are dirty. Which get me to think where else they "dusted"? I checked the closets, all dusty, no signed of cleaning. All the door and baseboards are dirty, and the list goes on... After the kitchen cleaning, I can easily see some yellow stain on the counter, which does need a little bit more elbow grease to get rid of it but pretty easy (I cleaned myself the next day). The frig has not inside clean, the top is still dusty and greasy... They mopped the floor, but later on when I put the booties on, they turned black quickly. Next day, I mopped the floor myself and it further proved their "mopping" job is really pointless. After all these, should I trust them how well they cleaned the bathroom floors, toilets, etc? We were not told about travel fee when we ordered the service. The list keep going... Two people came which one speak some English, one does not at all. It's seems hard for them to understand what need to be done. How come the company told them we ordered a "deep cleaning" service? Don't they know what basic & deep cleaning need to be done? This is our first time ordered cleaning service ourselves, what a bad experience! Now for sure we won't trust anyone come to clean our house! I end up spending another 3 hours to clean up myself. Should have just kept the money to myself for the work I had to redo. One advice: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Cleaning company that needs to be monitored.

They were pleasant to work with, but almost two hours later than we had scheduled. To be fair, it was a snowy day and the travel time was slow - but not two hours slow. They came in and asked for my cleaning supplies and I explained that I had asked them to bring their own since mine had already been moved into my new place. They seemed surprised to hear that but went to the car and got a vacuum and some cloths, spray cleaner, etc. They tore through the house (obviously one of many jobs that they had that day) and weren't particularly thorough. It was surface clean, though, and honestly I had to get going, too, since they had started so late. I suppose the fact that I wasn't likely to be a regular customer weighed in on the effort.

Cleaners arrived an hour late; I had to call when it was 30 minutes past the appointment time as no one called me to let me know. Both cleaners were very pleasant, they were here for 3.5 hours. The "deep clean" did not include behind or under furniture, even when easily accessible (under end tables), and the areas that they did clean are simply not clean at all. In fact, the floors are dirtier/dustier, and with more debris on them than before they started. Other than dusting some areas that I normally would not do myself, it simply did not accomplish anything. I need to re-vacuum the entire house for it to feel equally as clean as it was before they arrived. Update: The company called me on Sunday, and offered to send the cleaners back. I wasn't able to accept, as we had already re-cleaned ourselves, but I appreciated the offer. Also updated to reflect that they did do a good job cleaning certain areas of the house.

Scheduling: Called Friday 7/25 for a last-minute deep-cleaning. Although they do not work weekends, Agnes worked to fit me in for a Monday early morning appointment, the best I could hope for! (Movers were scheduled for Monday 7/28 midday.) Work: The crew of two arrived 15 minutes early Monday. The house was not empty, as was expected, since the movers had to move half of our items a day early (estimating snafu). They were unfazed & set to cleaning straightaway. We're very, very pleased with the cleaning Anna's did. In addition to normal move-in grunge, we'd had kitchen remodeling, painting & floor refinishing crews in, plus the movers through the house. Bathrooms, kitchen, blinds, all surfaces were addressed, despite added obstacles of furniture, boxes, etc. Other issues: I admit to being 1.5 hrs late returning to pay the crew, putting them close to another scheduled cleaning appointment :( However, they were very gracious, & yes, I did pay the hourly rate for my tardiness.

It went well. There were two people that came out for two hours. Anna was easy to work with to schedule the time and the women that came out were nice and did a good job. I'd tell my friends that they use your own cleaning products and not their own, including your paper towels, vacuum, just everything.

I had been cleaning furiously to prepare for a showing and I found my self running out of time. I contacted Agnes the night before. She emailed me back first thing and said they could come over to help. Two women came and cleaned furiously for 30 min. Alas, everything was ready for the showing. We would definitely use Anna's cleaning service again!

I was so impressed with their first visit that I have all ready arranged to have them come back twice a month. I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, and they did more in less time than my previous service provider. I was told two technicians would arrive between noon and 1:00, and they arrived shortly after noon, which exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate that the provider took my call on a Thursday, and had people able to come the very next day. It was such good luck on my part. I would never normally request service so soon, and I did not expect such a quick turn-around, but I am ever so grateful that they were able to help me. All my my calls were either answered immediately, or they called me back a short time later. That kind of customer service, from the office, is impressive. The technicians, two women, were very pleasant and professional. I am so thoroughly pleased with the quality of their hard work, that I wish I got rid of my old service sooner! I stuck with the previous service for over a year, through cancellations and missed appointments, and personnel changes. It was not until today that I also realized how unexceptional the work was, because the technicians from Anna'S did such a better job. In less time! Definitely worth a tip for a job well done, on such short notice. Really efficient and well done, from their office to my living room. It was so wonderful for me to work on my balcony garden outside, to have a clean home when I came inside! I am not a particular person, but I did notice the technicians attention to detail and I look forward to working with this company for a long time. Bravo!

UPDATE: 7/14 The company called me based on my review and wishes to rectify the issue by re-cleaning the home for free. I am pleased with their willingness to correct. Will update again after they return. A Polish/Ukranian couple came to provide the service, and though polite, they barely spoke English. This was clearly an issue, as many of the things I asked were not done. I expected a move-in deep clean to be just that, deep. But it wasn't. No windows done, nor blinds cleaned. Sliding door tracks ignored, closet shelves not cleaned. Overall, pretty disappointed with this service. Perhaps my standards of cleaning are high, but for two people working 4 hours, I expected more.

3 person crew led by Agnes was on-time, efficient, friendly! They did a good job and will use them again!!! Thank you.

My first several experiences with Annas were fabulous. I hire them occasionally when I need a little extra help. The crew was efficient and thorough and punctual. So A+ for them! Then when I hired them again, they ran hours late and didn't let me know, and the crew was inexperienced and left dust under beds and on baseboards. Most recently I scheduled them last minute and the lady on the phone said she would call back to confirm the time, and never did. I ended up cancelling. I think they would have come, but I was expecting confirmation. I would have appreciated better communication.

The cleaning professionals are always on time and do an amazing job. I am always so impressed by the little details - once they even cleaned up some of the dried soap on the outside of my shampoo bottle! The person who schedules the service is sometimes a little slow to get back to you (maybe takes a day or two) but she always does and the team is always there. Would highly recommend!

I had a very hard time getting a response from this company. There was no return call to my initial call. The second time I called, I got rate information from the person who answered but she was unable to schedule an appointment at the time. She assured me she would call back. I called again two days later and was able to schedule, but after the lack of responsiveness I was a little worried they would forget about the appointment. They did go to the condo and clean by the new tenant's due date - however I was not impressed. There was a residue in the kitchen sink; the refrigerator shelves still had gunk on them; etc. These are just a couple of examples of things I thought would be cleaned to a higher standard. I had the building grant the crew access so that I did not have to go down myself - maybe they would have done a better job if I had been on site.

It went very well. Anna was able to schedule me as soon as I had hoped. A husband and wife team came and worked for 4 hours. They did great work and I would definitely hire them again. The price was reasonable.

They sent 2 cleaners out to do the job and they did a good job. They were cleaning for about 2 and a half hours. This is the second time we have used them. The cleaners were good and did everything that I asked of them. They showed up on time.

The two-member crew showed up on-time as scheduled, professionally carried out their work (3.5 hours for a little over 3000 square feet) and cleaned everything quite nicely.

Great people to work with ! I had a really good experience with Anna. She was very professional and understood my needs and responded accordingly. I had an extensive job and they worked wonders!! I was very happy with the job they did!

The two woman that came to clean my house on the initial deep clean, did a pretty good job. As time went by the cleaning seemed to get less and less. Then food starting disappearing from my refrigerator. I did let the owner know of this issue and by that time she had let the two woman go because of issues other clients had also had with these two woman. Then she sent over her "best cleaner" and a beginner. I'm sure they were pressed for time with the added workload but I was not very satisfied with the cleaning. I since have found a faboulous cleaning woman!!!

They were wonderful. It is a two person team. In just 3 hours, our home was sparkling clean! The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned thoroughly. All floors were vacuumed and cleaned. Mirrors were cleaned. Everything was dusted. It looks so good, that we are going to ask for regular service.

I liked their work; two women worked together. They were pleasant to deal with, and because there were two of them the work went quickly. I was sorry to see them go.

Anna's cleaning service has cleaned my condo for the past two months, and are EXCELLENT! I have tried several services and was tired of seeing those pretty folders, forms and lists of services the cleaning crews were to complete on every visit. The franchise agencies always had poor follow through, and awful cleaning services after after the first cleaning. Anna's service is not a franchise and Anna is very sweet. We have been very happy.
