Anna's Maids

I have been very pleased with Anna's Cleaning. I have used them twice now. I had different cleaners each time (teams of two), and they were professional and quick working (they were a little faster than other cleaners I have used, but still very thorough). They were extremely punctual (arriving early both times, but stayed in the car until the designated appointment time). I found them to be competitively priced. They were extremely responsive and flexible with scheduling - the first time I needed to schedule on relatively short notice (2 days notice) and they were able to accommodate. The next time I used them, I had to reschedule twice (first, a forgotten conflict on my end and second a family emergency too me out of town) and they were happy to accommodate. I also like that I didn't have to enter into any sort of a pre-defined contract with them. I am interested in getting my house cleaned once a month. Other cleaners that I used insisted on a two week interval or else there was a surcharge. After my first cleaning, they contacted me via phone the next day to make sure I was satisfied with their job. I am not clear, however, on who is supposed to provide cleaning supplies. The first crew used my cleaning supplies. The second crew used theirs. I'm not picky, but I mention this as other clients may have a preference.

The staff at Anna's was always fast and professional. It was always easy to get an appointment and they always showed up on time. They do a great job and do it quickly.

It?s my first time with this company and I?m very, very pleased with how they handled everything. I needed somebody to clean my just painted townhouse from top to bottom. They scheduled me the next day. The team of two very polite and friendly women showed up on time and started cleaning right away. Very, very thorough. Did an amazing job. I?m planning to hire them on a regular basis .

Service is always timely, exemplary, and professional. Only ever had one issue, and when brought to their attention, was resolved immediately. I never have to worry about their quality which is a great and rare thing!

They cleaned EVERYTHING - even our toothbrushes! They are very professional, very responsive, and very thorough. Best cleaning service we've used.

They are comparable but not as good as Kate’s Cleaning Service. I think there were three people who came to clean the condo so I feel that there were a lot of people who came. But they did a fine job. They were professional. If I recall right, I think some of them don’t speak English too well but it did not bother me at all. I can see that it’s an issue for other people but for me it was not.

They did not always do a good job. They would just come in and sometimes she would say the same person is going to come out, but it would be different people. So then the nanny wouldn't be able to explain to them what they needed to do and consequently the work wouldn't be done, because it was new people every time. At the end of the cleaning I would notice that something wasn't done and they would say: oh, but you didn't have any cleaner for that. For the work that was done, I think the price was a little high. If they had done a good job, I would think that the price is fair. But it seems as though I would come back over them and clean after they would leave. My tub was literally not even touched most of the time. And then they said that they didn't scrub tubs. I don't want them to leave business, but at the same time I had spoken with her several times about it and I just think the people that she sends, they are on such a time crunch that they just want to get in and out and most of them don't speak any English. She was very responsive to me. One of my biggest complaints was that my poor nanny would be waiting to leave the house, to let them in and they just never show up. So when it's a beautiful day outside then the kids are kept inside, because she is waiting for them.

I have used Anna's Professional cleaning for few months now, also i have tried different cleaning company but it did not meet my expectations. It was very easy to set up my first appointment and all my instructions were professionally taken by very nice people. Since first time cleaning ,crew knew what to do and follow my instructions. I have cleaning schedule every 2 weeks with same crew , they bring own vacuum and cleaning supplies, they are very professional. My house smell so nice and fresh, beds are made. I have nothing but all good things to say about this company, i never had any problem and i can recommend them to anybody that is looking for great cleaning services for their house.

I used the service for at least 3 years. Initially the service was excellent but the last few months were poor to just o.k. What happened was that the regular persons coming were replaced. I was given no notification of the replacements and the replacements clearly were a step down The first time it happened a single cleaner was sent out and just by chance I was home. The person really had no idea about the job and the job had always been done by two people, so the poor cleaner was at my house for almost 4 to 5 hours. It was just lucky I was home so that I could let her know where things were kept,and review what I needed. The second set of replacements broke a item and never told me and I only found out when I picked it up and feel apart in my hands. I complained and the agency said they were sorry. Additionally, the cleaning done by this crew range poor to o.k. I finally decided enough was enough and cancelled the service.

I think the cleaners are great. They arrived on time and then they did a great job and I got the whole security back from my landlady. The only complaint I've had with them is the responsiveness from maybe the owner like she promised me, she said just text me your e-mail and I will give you a receipt, but I never received one. In the morning when they arrived, there were two guys, they arrived on time but stating their car and I didn't notice. So, I called the owner but I didn't get a reply. Just minor. I think they're great. I would definitely recommend them.

Not well. The service was good at the beginning and declined terribly. The last visit was terrible, as they forgot to come all together and I had to call and find out where they were. They admitted that they forgot us . They sent a one-person team to our home. The person was older and did not have the capability of cleaning our home alone in an efficient manner. Past home cleanings, which were bi-weekly, were bad. We had to continuously remind them to use toilet bowl cleaner. The service is especially frustrating because you need to provide all of your own cleaning products and the crew generally does not read English and seems to just favor using vinegar and water everywhere (including toilet bowls).

They did a thorough job of cleaning the entire house. They were on time and very responsive.

The service was poor and needless to say I was very unhappy. Moving into a new home is stressful enough, therefore I thought hiring a cleaning service would alleviate some of that stress. Instead it added to my frustration because I had to go behind them and re-clean the entire house. A move in requires intensive cleaning which I explained to the provider, therefore, she knew what my expectations were. The ladies she sent lacked professionalism and appeared to just want to get it over with. They half cleaned the kitchen which I went over in detail about. Upon my inspection the tops of my cabinets were covered with grease and grime that was probably 2 inches thick. There were dust bunnies on the sides of the refrigerator, grime inside the stove and the inside of the frig never got cleaned. In addition they only vacumned one set of stairs and completely neglected my walk-in closet which we discussed. The bathrooms were okay, only because they were not that dirty to begin with. Window sills were not cleaned. I expected them to initiate some of the cleaning without me telling them, considering it was a completely empty house where everything was visible to the eye. I guess I expected way too much! Although the provider made a follow up call where I voiced my concerns, it didn't go much further. She could not/would not accomodate my schedule to get them out again. When I called back to try to make arrangements (after I saw the condition of my cabinets) I never received a call back. That was my first experience with a cleaning company so I don't think I would every try it again. I would definitely not refer this company again.

George emptied the garage and power washed the floors. He even wiped down the walls. He was very pleasant to work with.

They did a great job. Arrived on time, cleaned thoroughly and were very respectful.

They came and cleaned the entire house and did a good job. Two people came to do the work and it took about 3 and a half hours. They organized my daughters book shelf and that showed me they go the extra mile. I would tell friends and family they were thorough.

Consistently good job, and always good communication. Easy to work with.

It took several calls to the owner to get the ceiling fans cleaned correctly. Overall a good cleaning job.

They were great it took 3 woman about 2 hours and the place looked amazing. They did a great job cleaning a bathroom that was in pretty bad shape and the kitchen including a stove that had looked awful. Overall the house looked like it had just been painted as they wiped down everything on the baseboards and walls. Anna was very detailed oriented and ran a very efficient crew.

They have been supposed to clean the whole house before our move in. All was to be done, except window cleaning. I went out of the house and left the two cleaners (husband and wife team) working. I explicitly told them they can take as much time as they need just to make sure the work is done properly. They called me by phone informing me that the work was finished after 3-4h. I was surprised because I would assume work like that would take more time to finsh. There were several serious issues upon inspection of their work: Kitchen - I believe the cleaning didn't happen, the refrigerator was still gluey, cabinets covered in old oil, short white and dark dog hair and food crumbs in the drawers. Just the countertops have been cleaned and a ceiling fan a bit and that only from the visible side. Bathrooms - was cleaned but only partially. Not inside of shelves, not behind toilets, or around toilets Floors - visible dirt was left in all corners of the hardwood floor. I needed to scratch it of by myself. That dirt was black and obvious to the eye. Cellar - previous renters had a dog which peed in the cellar at 2 locations. None was cleaned either, stench still present upon our arrival home. I cleaned all with bleach, and the stench was than only eliminated. Walls - barely if at all touched by them, but the walls have been in somewhat good shape from before. Doors - after their supposed cleaning, they still left everywhere visible dark spots of fingerprints from previous renters. Now I did call the owner to complain, claiming that not much at all was done in a timespan of 3-4h by that two people who have been ``cleaning``, if she can please send the crew back to finish the job - no answer from the owner, ever. It took me additional 7h to clean, taking in consideration I was alone during that time. I am very disappointed and feeling stupid for hiring them and I do not recommend Anna`S Professional Cleaning to anyone.

It was a fair job. We thought it was going to be a deep clean. When we got there it was just 2 women rags and mops. They were nice but there was nothing deep about the cleaning. We had another company do another cleaning.

Husband and wife team arrived 45 minutes late. They spoke very title English. Did not ask me what products I wanted to,use on my wood floors and cleaned the bedroom floor with Murphy's before I could tell them not to. The were very nice and seemed hard working. They did not seem especially thorough, I found they missed cleaning out some of the empty cabinets. They also had very few products on hand (nothing besides Murphy's to clean floors, no vinegar even) and they knew the cleaning was to occur prior to move in.
