My experience with them has been great. They're highly professional. Their work is good and I'll be using them again. They're very thorough and detailed.

I have been using Anna's Cleaning Service for nearly a year. Natalia cleans my home every Tuesday and I look forward to having her each week! She is so pleasant and very professional and works so hard while she is in my home. She always asks if I am satisfied before she leaves and I always am. Thank you!!

My family and I have had a terrible time finding someone to regularly clean our home. The first two services I hired did not live up to my relatively minimal expectations and the other two services I interviewed were much more than the $150 I felt was a fair price for the weekly cleaning of my home. Thank goodness we found Anna's! My team is extremely thorough and conscientious. Never, in the four weeks that the team has been cleaning my home, have I had to call the main number and report things that were left undone (with the other two services, I had a laundry list of complaints after each visit). Anna's prices are good, too, but, most importantly, the cleaning is great. I recommend this service.

The cleaning team arrived on time and took my direction well. They effectively cleaned the bathrooms and all of the floors in 2 hours. I would definitely consider have this service come back again.

The two women who arrived were very professional. Did a really outstanding job in a very fast period of time. Communicated well among themselves. A+ level work. They even moved a really heavy furniture delivery for me; above and beyond the call of duty. Having them back twice Thanksgiving week.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've used Anna's for a pre-party cleaning. Not only does it relieve my stress of having to get one more thing done before a larger party, but they tend to clean my home better than I do in some ways. I hate dusting and noticed how incredibly dust-free all my picture frames were as well as the shelves they were on. I also have 3 cats so we accumulate quite a bit of cat hair and they did a great job of making our home breathable for our friends who are allergic to cats and they went above and beyond and collected all of the small cat toys that get lost behind and under furniture and put it them in one place. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and somehow they got my sink to shine again. This is a great company and I'm delighted by the work they've done and have no problem recommending them to others.

Anna's Professional Cleaning has done a fantastic job of cleaning my house. Margret comes every two weeks and she does great work. She shows up, gets right to work and goes a little above and beyond with every visit. So many services that I have had in the past just clean around things and you can tell. Margret will get on her hands and knees and clean under a sink or work a little extra when she sees a spot that the mop didn't get. I highly recommend Anna's and look forward to working with them for a long time to come.

They did a great job. Very thorough. They brought all the supplies needed. I will use for regular cleanings in the future.

I thought that the price was very fair and whoever I talked to over the phone was very professional. The ladies that came to clean my house were very polite and did a great job! We will be using this service once a week from now on. Our previous cleaning service that we had, was unreliable and the ladies always came late. So far, the cleaning ladies that came were on time the last couple of times. The owner, also called to see how it went after the job was done, just to make sure everything went smoothly. I would recommend this!

Anna's did an awesome job cleaning our entire condo right when we moved in. The place was in need of serious cleaning, appliances/ceilings/closets/the works and they absolutely nailed it. Cleaned everything that we asked them to. I would definitely recommend them again!

They did an amazing job. Our house has never looked so clean. They made our beds and cleaned our showers way better than we ever could. Very pleased.

I did not end up having cleaning services performed as she could not accomodate my need for next day services.

Other than arriving an hour late the first time, the quality of work they did was excellent. Plus they sent a 3 person crew and finished at the expected time. Have since used them again with a two person crew and they also did an excellent job.

We have used Anna`S Professional Cleaning since 2011. We love our team and they do a wonderful job. They are always on time, very friendly and my home looks fabulous when they are done.

I have Anna's folks clean my house bi-weekly and they do a fantastic, high quality job every time. With 2 cats and a dog we definitely keep them busy and every time I come home after they've cleaned, the house is wonderfully clean. The folks who come by are always kind and professional and I'd recommend them to anyone!

It always goes very well. The ladies arrive on time and do an exellent job of cleaning my home. They are nice and quickand do exactly what I ask each time. Everything looks fantastic when they leave. They call or text the day before to confirm and offer the time they are coming. I thing they are doing a great job in a timely fasion.I am pleased that so far the same ladies show up each week. I'll hight recommend.

Anna was very helpful in that I needed our house cleaned for a party on fairly short notice, and she was able to come through and get the job done. The cost was on the high side and the quality was fine, but did not blow us away. I really appreciated the responsiveness.

Move in/Move out cleaning between tenants on a townhome I rent. Anna did an outstanding job! Would highly recommend! cleaned Cabinets, floors, Vaccuumed, Stove, blinds, Fans, bathrooms, baseboards. Was really pleased with the overall job.

The women who performed their work did a fine job - but we asked specifically for a DEEP clean, which I thought meant floors scrubbed, bookselves dusted, soffits dusted, wood work washed, etc. That did not happen, in fact the ceiling fans were not cleaned because the folks who were sent could not reach them. We received a good overall cleaning, but not what I would call a "deep clean."
