Anna's Maids

Over the last two months, we've 'interviewed' four different cleaning companies and Anna's is by far the best! On price, quality, and personality/professionalism of the team, Anna's reigns supreme!

The two cleaners were punctual, decently thorough, professional, and fast. I did spot areas the two cleaners did not clean on the walk through afterwards, but the cleaners happily cleaned those areas once I pointed them out. After they left, I spotted additional areas, but was not concerned as I had ample opportunity to see the areas while the cleaners were there, I simply did not. I did not contact the company about this as I was generally quite satisfied with the service.

They did a great job cleaning our condo! Cleaned under the bed on their hands and knees and even got on top of the bathroom counter to clean the top of the light fixtures! Very thorough and professional!

I requested that the cleaning crew prioritize specific areas in the home. The office relayed to the crew. Great job, courteous and excellent follow up by the office.

The cleaning crew was set to arrive at 2PM, on 1/3/2015. However, at 2:10PM, they still had not arrived. I texted the main number asking if they were on their way. There was inclement weather, so I expected a little lateness. I was called back almost immediately saying they were running late and to expect them in about 15 minutes. When the crew arrived, they immediately got to work in the rooms I wanted cleaned. I have 2 dogs, so there is typically a lot of dog fur that accumulates. This was all cleaned up. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were cleaned very well. Overall, they did a very good job. I would like to see them do some dusting however; my entertainment center was still very dusty so I'm guessing either they don't do dusting or they missed that piece. I really like how they clean overall. I currently have them coming out the first Saturday of every month. I would recommend this cleaning company to anyone that is overwhelmed with cleaning a large house on their own.

Two ladies came and clean as we move out. overall the quality is good. They came with tools and confirmed the scope and price in advance. Then I left. When I came back, the carpet and hardwood floor were cleaned well. They also did a good job in kitchen and toilets. all the stains were cleaned and oily surface of kitchen was wiped in good shape. My only complaint is the punctuality. They came one hour later than we agreed and there was no delay notice.

They were pretty good. When you call them and leave a voicemail, they are quick to respond back to you. I had given them floor protectors to put over their feet and once they were done, they just took them off and put them back where the full package was (on a chair). I felt like I needed to watch them and inspect everything constantly. I wish they would have let me know that they couldn't get a stain out instead of just leaving it and having me question it. They usually bring 2 people out. Their English is broken, with one speaking a little bit better than the other. They also expect a tip so they've kind of lingered around once the job is complete. I may consider using them again in the future.

They arrived about 15 minutes early, which is awesome that they are all about punctuality. I walked them through all of the floors of the house to be cleaned and they did an outstanding job. They did use my products, but that was because I asked them to use my products. We have used this company 2 times already and we have future appointments scheduled as well. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT SERVICE!!!

It went fine. The women were very professional and thorough. It was more than I usually pay for this service, but I needed to find someone before Christmas.

The team arrives promptly at 8 AM and provided instruction on where to start it is their second time at my home, and by the way will continue service every other week. They are highly professional and their work is excellent. Work is started immediately after instruction is provided, they work steadly and are very thorough. I guess the best review is my mother who directly observes their work and speaks very highly of how well the house is cleaned.

Anna was able to schedule a cleaning visit within a few days of my call. I picked up the worker at the bus stop to help shorten her commute, which I volunteered to do. The worker was extremely professional and worked very hard for the entire time she was here, in hot conditions. She did an excellent job. I would be very happy to work with her again. I do not remember exactly how much they charged, but it was very fair for a small job and I tipped the worker very well to thank her for her hard work.

The two women arrived early, which was great! They cleaned our house completely in a little over 2 hours. They washed the floors on their hands and knees, and everything sparkled. We were very impressed with the service, and intend to hire them again!

Anna has been very good at following up and she has conducted herself very professionally. I am hiring Anna's service again for monthly cleaning.

I was very pleased with the service. They arrived within minutes of start time and began cleaning right away. They were very polite and did an excellent job cleaning. They organized everything just beautifully and I will definitely use them again.

Great! Worked hard and deep cleaned

My husband was here when they came. I had specific instructions about cleaning the ceiling fan and getting rid of a lot of dust I had around the ceiling and walls. They cleaned all the rooms in the house they got in the corners, and took care of the floors and very nicely . I have all wood floors. They took care of everything I requested in the house was clean and smelled very nice. I would definitely use them again. For the amount of time they were here they did an excellent job as my house was very messy and needed detailed work.

A professional cleaning crew arrived on time and they did excellent job. They cleaned everything I asked for and more. Walls and lamp fixtures were dusted. They vacuumed and mopped all floors scrubbed tubs toilets sinks and counter tops. Impressive job. completely satisfied and I hired them for weekly cleaning.

They arrived exactly online with their own materials. They were polite and professional and got right to work. Cleaned bathrooms kitchen. Everything looked great when they were done.

Ana's cleaning come to the property to clean the house. Two ladies came I believe Sandra and Daniela. The house was empty only bathrooms and kitchen have equipment. They perfformed general cleanning not deep cleaning which was agreed in advance. They have sticked to the plan and performed everything what was agreed. I only regret I didn't prepare any tip to the ladies since I was away and my neighbor was checking after the work was done. Satisfied and will hire again.

Quality was intermittent. Primary complaint is that they repeatedly washed sheets using bleach despite several requests not to use bleach ever with laundry and ruined 2-3 sets. When washing an expensive duvet cover (after I specifically requested that they never wash the duvet cover), they washed it with bleach and ruined it. The cleaners had to have seen the damage due to severity but did not tell me and I did not find the damage for a few months. They refused to reimburse for the cost of the duvet cover. I no longer use their service.
